My husband and I stay here every year on our road trip to Connecticut because we like the hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is close to the highway and the Waffle House nearby is open 24 hours a day. There is a convenience store that sells gas next to the Waffle House. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful and they offer a nice breakfast.

Cons:

The breakfast didn't offer bacon or sausage with the scrambled eggs, it only had sausage gravy and biscuits, but there were waffles, pastry, yogurt, fruit, toast, coffee and fruit juices.

The lady who checked us in and was very friendly, for having to be working on a holiday.
Cons:

When we came down for breakfast at 8 o’clock, there were only waffles as the hot item available. When other guests arrived one did ask this individual working the buffet asked about eggs and she said it would take 20 minutes to make them yet. The buffet was open until 9 AM.

Do yourself a favor and skip this one.
Pros:

Convenient to the Freeway and other convenience stores

Cons:

Room smelled like smoke and mold. Front desk clerk was too busy with her online card game to be friendly and the maid without came into our room at 9:20 AM with no warning.
Mismanaged and no one seems to care.

Cons:

Bathtub had LOTS of mold visible on most surfaces. Could/would not take a shower. Desk chair was broken.
Junk car in parking lot still there from our first visit a month earlier.( (yes I came back after my first stay).
Socks were filthy after walking on the carpet for five minutes!
Cold coffee in a.m in the lobby.
breakfast was marginal- bagel ok, eggs awful.

Great for a travel stop.
Pros:

Although under renovation, the Comfort Inn was clean and comfortable. They have pet friendly rooms and a dog run (unfenced) on the property. Overall, it was a good value compared to other expensive hotels.

Cons:

The breakfast was barely sufficient. The only hot item offered was scrambled eggs. Very basic, but enough to get by. I would recommend placing pet friendly rooms on the first floor for easy access to the outside and not having to take pets through the hotel and elevator.

Nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable!
Pros:

Easy access off expressway. Lots of food places around. Their breakfast was good. Very clean. Rooms were very clean. It’s an older building but it is kept up nicely, Beds were comfortable. Staff helpful and polite.

The bathroom was disgusting! Lack of a light bulb, the faucet did not work properly. We had a door connected to another room and heard everything! No privacy at all! The bedroom curtains had filthy splatter all over them! This is one of the most disgusting hotels I ever stayed at. If I could get my money back I would definitely go to another hotel
