Rooms are in the state of partial renovation....many things missing or not available......no where to hang clothes, no chair to sit on at desk area, fridge in compartment with door so running super hot, useless cabinets that perform no function,no stand or area to put suitcase on, half built, poorly painted as looks like 1 coat, overall I will not recommend anyone stay here right now.
The motel is undergoing renovation, otherwise my rating would likely have been higher. It’s conveniently located, well lit, and clean (though the shower stall needs attention in my room). The price for a night was quite reasonable I look forward to staying again.
This property is undergoing major renovations but was convenient and suited our very quick one night stay. What has been renovated is very nice. If we ever pass through this area again we would stay so we could see the rest of the completed renovations. The staff was great!
Staff was excellent very friendly and knowledgeable and the continental breakfast was amazing quick easy and off the highway gas station nearby if you wanted to fill up before getting back on the road
Bang for the Buck! Nice Owners, great workers. Awesome!
Booked this hotel for one night. The guy at the front hardly said anything to me. When I asked where my room was, he said "First floor" and pointed to the sign for the Ice Machine. I walked towards the back and couldn't find my room. From the front counter he yelled at me that it was just a few steps more. When I got to a certain door he yelled for me to stop, saying THAT was the room door. I explained that I didn't know WHICH DOOR since NONE of the doors in that hallways had NUMBERS. The floor in the hallway was completely torn up. a large roll of carpeting was off to the side, along with dust, plastic, etc. All a mess. The lighting fixture above the doors wasn't even installed....just wires poking thru the ceiling out of the hole.
I had trouble opening the door, because the knob wasn't working properly. The clerk, frustrated with me, rattled it a few times and it finally opened. Once inside the room, though, I couldn't flip the 'lock' shut because it was broken.
The room is pretty disgusting, and wasn't ready at all for travelers. Things half-painted, a chair MISSING from the desk area, and a thin TV that was NOT mounted to anything. Just a big square hole in the wall where the cables were going to go. The TV was literally BALANCED on top of the counter, to the point that if I nudged the table it would have fallen over. Yes, it was that bad, ridiculous.
HORRIBLE BUSINESS and they tried to KEEP MY MONEY! Had to contact hotels.com to take care of it.
Not told they were renovating. Surprised by the state of things.
Great value! Renovations taking place but my room was clean and spacious
The hotel is working through construction and repairs, room signs on floors, baseboards not on floors, no curtains on window.
Hopefully it will be nice and new once done. Excited for the change.
Located next to freeway, room was clean, the AC was a bit smelly and stuffy, and there was plenty of parking. The motel is away from most things so transients weren’t really present.
Despite the renovations going on and noise, my room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very pleasant. Definitely well worth the price I paid.
I was really hoping for a bathtub in my room after a 13 hour day on the road, and I ended up with a stand up shower which only had lukewarm water. The property is still under renovation so there were no vending machines or ice machines. My room did not include a telephone to talk to the front desk nor did it have a coffee maker, and there wasn’t a rod in the closet to hang my clothes. The breakfast in the morning went in the trash because the food that was supposed to be hot was cold (biscuits and sausage gravy) there were no eggs offered (not even hard boiled ones).
On the brighter side the bed was very comfortable and I like the use of a privacy pull down shade in the window versus a curtain. It will be nice once the renovations are done and until then I highly recommend the Country Pride restaurant across the street for a hot breakfast.
Since this location was under reconstruction/upgrading some things like ice were not available. Very obvious construction obstacles. Wish them good success as it will be good when completed
This is my go-to spot when traveling between Denver & Salt Lake City. It’s not the ritz, but it’s a bed. Free breakfast also a plus. I will continue to stay here when going back and forth. It gets a little better every time I’m there.
Good people
Check in was great..staff were great. Room was a mess. Remodeling so it was a bit inconvenient. I will try again when they are done
Only thing that I liked, was it was a place to slee and get cleaned up... I did not like the fact that there is renovation going on and it was all unorganized and workers in the way of moving from assigned room to outside.
Neighbors, and HVAC were louder than convenient to relax or sleep.
We were not made aware that the property was under a major renovation upon booking a non refundable reservation! Pardon our appearance poster didn’t seem like enough. All we needed was a bed, but it would have been nice to have at least a coffee offering before our early morning checkout! The room itself was clean.
Stat barely speaks coherent English. Door to bathroom was broken, supposed to be 2Q..was 2-D, construction debris everywhere, pillows were flat/hard (20 years old/nevervwashed?), refrigerator was no working, noisy doors slamming all night. Freeway noise was terrible-window didn’t close fully
Decent breakfast
