Pros:

Property is nice but the breakfast is horrible. I stayed at this location in July and August due to surgery. The breakfast need to be better.

The rugs on our floor dirty along with the elevators. The tile in our bathroom was very old and patched up. The quality

Easy check- in. The staff worked well together the next day. Check-out at 12 pm really helped us.

Cons:

The smell of our room m was not pleasant and the front desk didn’t have anything to help with that.

Pros:

The night shift receptionist Donna was exceptional. She provided great customer service and with a smile. The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. Every staff member greeted us with a smile.

Cons:

I understand that hospitality can be challenging and stressful. But hospitality is centered around customer service and the customer service I received this particular evening from Ms. Lynn was horrible. From the time I walked in to check in, I was greeted with an attitude. Later that evening my guest arrived and asked about complimentary waters. I went to the front desk and inquired about the waters that were displayed behind the desk. She stated that they were for members only. After letting my guest know what was said, he went downstairs himself because he's a Hilton member. She stated to him that the room had to be in his name, which it wasn't. She was rude to him as well. She didn't make me or my guest feel welcomed at all. She made us feel like we were a bother.
The room we had was pretty good but the guest that were across from us was apparently having a party and for a long time we heard talking outside our door, doors slamming and the scent of marijuana in the hallway and the elevator.
