Shady personnel
Pros:

The front desk was not professional at all, for both the person who covered the evening and the person who covered the morning shifts. I was scammed on one of my hotel rooms by the morning staff when I paid with a prepaid visa so Iwas doublecharged. We were not informed you had to ask for room service during our stay. They had a good breakfast selection and coffee selection and water dispenser. Shopping and restaurants nearby the hotel.

The worse ever since we been staying there.
Cons:

The manager was rude. When we brought being double charged up to the front desk lady she told the manager and she started talking coming round the corner before i can explained. Then i told her about the blood on sheet and she said the housekeeping manager would look at it. Welk they never showed up. Thank god for 2 beds.
