Pros:

Buona colazione e ottima posizione della struttura. Baby, la cameriera della sala colazione è stata gentile e sorridente. A dire il vero l’unica dello staff ad aver rivolto un sorriso e una grande disponibilità a noi ed agli altri ospiti.

Cons:

Lo staff al ricevimento é stato totalmente disinteressato nei confronti del nostro arrivo e soggiorno. Zero disponibilità, zero empatia e quasi fastidio a ricevere qualcuno.

Posizione impagabile per chi viaggia in treno e vuole visitare il centro; camera molto pulita e confortevole, con letto comodo e silenziosa nonostante fosse prospiciente via Indipendenza.Personale professionale e molto cortese

mancava il soffione principale della doccia, probabilmente si era rotto e non era stato sostituito, il bagno di recente ristrutturazione aveva comunque una cabina doccia veramente comoda!

naslednjič se vrnem v ta hotel. Lokacija v samem središču, zajtrki odlični glede na ostale destinacije v Italiji. Dobil sem sobo, čeprav sem prišel uro pred check-in. Takoj so se odzvali, ko sem želel sobo z dvojnima posteljama.
