Pros:

La struttura bella e molto comoda per la vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria e al centro, del resto l'abbiamo scelta perché vi avevamo già soggiornato circa 8 anni fa e ne eravamo rimasti molto soddisfatti anche per la gentilezza del personale, per l'ottima colazione e per la pulizia.

Grazie Hotel Tre Vecchi!
Pros:

Very clean. I really enjoyed the hospitality of the staff ar the reception and at the breakfast area. Very gentle.

Cons:

When passing by the cleaning and maintanance staff on the floor, the guys from maintenance made some mean comments in italian at us, probably thinking we wouldn't understand. It didn't affect the quality of the stay, it's just for a 4 star hotel, staff should be aware as to be more discrete and elegant in common/public areas.

Het was een noodoplossing voor 1 nacht wegens een staking en gelukkig bleef het hierbij
Pros:

De ligging is goed centraal in Bologna.
De bedden zijn van goede kwaliteit.

Cons:

Helaas is het (meeste) personeel absoluut niet klantvriendelijk. Het onthaal, checkin en checkout verliep nors en er werd een andere kamer toebedeeld dan gereserveerd.
De badkamer diende dringend een opfrissing te krijgen.
Het ontbijt was standaard doch de muur van de eetzaal waar er tafeltjes tegen staan was alles behalve proper te noemen.
