Econo Lodge Byron near Historic District - Warner Robins

Mostly there is no breakfast even though the images for the hotel start showing the lobby with breakfast.

Check-in was ok. Clerk was friendly at both arrival and upon departure.

No stairs at this place, so glad we had first floor as we had a lot of stuff to haul in.

Room was not all that clean.

Neighborhood was sketchy at best.

I requested a room in a quiet location and was told that was where our room was located. The shop across the street had workers outside at 1 am pounding on metal. Heard others going in/out of their rooms constantly.

I would not recommend this place unless you were desperate!

We stopped to stay the night on our way south. We never saw the lobby, the lights were off when we arrived at night. I’m not sure it’ll it was because it was late or Covid restrictions. There was a tiny area with a window to check in. The gentleman there was nice. The room was old and it smelled funny. We reserved a non-smoking room, but there were cigarette burns in the sheets. The washcloths were pretty gross and didn’t look clean, and we found a suspicious looking hair on our sheets at the foot of the bed as we were packing up. I’m not sure it was worth saving $30 to stay there.

We just left this disgusting hotel!! We had to stop on our way to Florida and where a little nervous with COVID. Do not go here!!! My children had roaches in their room and both rooms had cigarette burns and giant holes in the blankets!!!! The bathroom had soap scum, light switch broken, room smelled like old smoke and Indian food or something. Not to mention the stains on the chair, and the disgusting yellow (white) stained washcloths that we did not use!! I took my Sanitizer and Kleenex to clean areas that we would touch. When I just told the front desk he said yeah, ok I will tell someone?? What?? I’m sure they are happy they aren’t serving any breakfast because then they can save more money!!! GROSS!!!

This was a good hotel. We stayed here for one night on our way to Miami. Me and my husband were surprised on how clean our room was for the age of the hotel. Cleaning staff were very friendly and patient with me. The bed was the beat part of my stay haven't slept this good in years. I wish they would let me buy the mattress they had. Everything was good I would reccomend this to people.

This motel was excellent. We were concerned because it was so close to I75, but we couldn’t hear any noise at all. Nikki was working the front desk, and she was very helpful in answering our questions. She is an asset to the hotel.

Noisy AC; bath fan was filthy and the bathroom was rundown. Electrical socket exposed. Breakfast was terrible. Nothing was fresh. A door from the lobby was blocked by some sort of cart so you could not exit thru that door in case of an emergency.

Room and bedding were filthy. Toilet was leaking from underneath out onto the floor outside the bathroom. Almost no toilet paper and no Kleenex. Large hole in the door to the adjoining room. Sink and counter dirty. Curtain falling off the rod. We had to sleep in our clothes. It was too late to move and we had already been told the motel was sold out.

We stayed here for two nights and the whole time the staff was rude look down their nose at you and treated you like you were a piece of dirt
I would not recommend date this hotel for anybody to stay in they rent the pool out and then treat the people that are in the pool bad and they treat the customers bad and each room that I had seen at signs of bugs in it roaches

On 6/6/18 my friend, her kids and my daughter went to this facility to go swimming. My friend paid 25.00 for all of the kids to go swimming until the pool closed at 10p that night. The receptionist came about 45 minutes later and kicked us out of the pool saying the guest were complaining that my daughter was loud. I explained to him that my daughter has Autism and is nonverbal and was having fun. Everyone else that was in the pool was upset about this as well. We were asked to leave and was not offered a refund.

Friendly front desk people. Room could have used a little work, but for the cost, it was acceptable. We would stay again. It's a little confusing to get to, but we managed. Breakfast was okay, but did have a lot of choice, especially for someone dieting. It would have been nice to have skim milk and yogurt. There were bagels, but no cream cheese. There were only two packages of oatmeal. We were there at 7:00, but maybe there was a rush before we got there.

Great location just off of I-75 in Byron Ga. Just across the street they had a nice BBQ restaurant which was great. And gas station right next to them so very convient to get gas in the morning before heading out. The staff at the hotel were great, our room was up to standard, and everything was clean. We will recommend this hotel to anyone.

Used this hotel for a quick stay over on my way home. Staff were extremely friendly. The room was very tidy and felt clean.

Pros:
Carpets looked new, new HVAC and new tile in bath, and I liked the vintage tiles in bath room.

Cons:
Needs finishing touches in bathroom like covering between bath and bedroom, trim covering the lowered ceiling in bath, an actual clock would also be nice.

Near the road and rail roads and can be a bit loud.

Week night pricing seemed a bit high compared to the same accommodations in Cordele, GA. $67 per night compared to $55.

The hotel was convenient to the interstate. It was clean and internet access was good. We have no bad things to say. Our short stay was very pleasant. Staff's personal is awesome warm and welcoming. The gentleman greeted us and had a nice conversation with us. Will be back to stay here pretty soon.

This is a good place to stay. I really don't have any downfall to write about this place. Breakfast was great waffles, boiled eggs, and coffee is all i needed from all the choices they had. I will tell my family to stop here on there way to Floria. Overall this hotel is well worth your money spent. This hotel is actually cleaner than many quality inns i have stayed at and there price was higher.

I didn't encounter any problems during my stay. I loved the service, the staff (Harry) made me feel like I was at home. He upgraded me to a king suites for no additional charge. The room was great clean and well maintained. The one thing that standed out to me was the bed. It was one of the best beds i have slept at in a hotel besides a Marriott I stayed at last summer. The breakfast was awesome lot of things to choose from, although all i ate was boiled eggs and cup of coffee and I was back on the road. When I left I reserved a room here again for my trip back home. See you guys again in few weeks. Special thanks to Harry

Great clean rooms. friendly staff. i called front desk for coffee machine and in 2 min. this gentleman was on my door with coffee machine and packs of coffee. I will recommend this place to every one.

We moved here from Florida to escape Irma. Staff was very solicitous.But I wouldn't send ISIS there for rooms. Totally depressing. Dirty. Lousy accommodations- bed. "Free Breakfast" which was a table with a waffle maker and coffee.Don't know how it got a decent rating.

We stayed here on our return to Canada from Florida. The rooms were very nice and clean. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable! We will keep this on our list as a place to stay when traveling to Florida!

After reading the reviews for this location, the good and bad. Keep in mind most motels as well as hotels has good and bad review so we decided to stay at this location. First and foremost. Cindy And Nick were awesome!! Overall, our room (106) was very clean, the bathroom needs to be updated but the room was very clean. Clean pool and many places to eat, driving or walking.
