Perfekt sted for overnatting utenfor sentrum
Pros:

Beliggenheten ved stranden var flott, men det var så langgrunt at bading var vanskelig
Veldig greit å komme seg til/fra flyplass og togstasjon med båt. Enkelt å komme seg frem/tilbake med båt til sentrum og severdighetene

Cons:

Restauranten var stusselig. Hadde ikke pizza! men annonserte med at de var pizzarestaurant.

Personale gentile, colazione buona e niente di terribile, ma non tornerei
Pros:

L'aspetto migliore di questo hotel è sicuramente il personale fantastico: tutti quanti sono stati molto gentili e accoglienti con me dal momento in cui sono arrivata, e anche le persone a colazione sono fantastiche. La stanza era grande per gli standard di Venezia, con ottima pressione dell'acqua e condizionatore Daikin indipendente che funzionava molto bene. Bello che ci sia una spiaggia libera di fronte all'hotel e che l'hotel in generale sia molto silenzioso. Ottima torta di mele a colazione (colazione buona). Cappuccino fatto da loro e non dalle macchinette.

Cons:

Non so come siano le stanze dell'hotel vero e proprio. Io sono stata messa in un'edificio a parte che in teoria è nel cortile interno ma a cui si può accedere anche dall'esterno perchè ci sono diversi cancelli che ho trovato spesso aperti. Non mi sono sentita molto sicura perchè in pratica era una casa con la porta di ingresso sempre aperta, e io ero la prima porta al piano terra: una normalissima porta di legno di una casa (non blindata). La porta in sè era abbastanza malandata, con un bel buco nella parte sotto, e se tenevo la luce accesa, entravano TANTISSIME zanzare e insetti vari (anche perchè appunto, la porta di ingresso dell'edificio era aperta e subito di fianco alla mia porta), quindi alla sera mi sono ridotta a fare tutto a luci completamente spente. Io sono abituata a stare al Lido ma il numero di insetti qui era davvero molto alto. Credo che il personale sappia di questo problema delle zanzare (davvero tantissime in quella zona) perchè la camera aveva anche un diffusore subito di fianco al letto in una delle prese, e vari altri prodotti in giro per la stanza (c'erano anche diverse macchie di zanzare morte sulle pareti).
Parlando delle prese, ce n'erano altre due nella stanza e una delle due era mezza staccata dal muro e non funzionante. L'altra andava.
Bagno enorme e doccia funzionale, MA super macchia di muffa sul soffitto.
Insomma, dispiace scrivere una recensione non del tutto positiva per un hotel con un personale così gentile, anche perchè non so se le camere dell'hotel vero e proprio siano meglio (leggendo le altre recensioni, mi viene da dire, forse sì?). Prima di prenotare vi consiglierei di capire se sarete messi nell'hotel vero e proprio o in uno di questi altri edifici che avrebbero davvero bisogno di una bella ristrutturazione.

Pros:

Hotel within walking distance of the ferry terminals at Tronchetto and Lido S.M.E., where the island’s social and commercial center is also located. A beach with volleyball nets is just a short walk away.
The apartment for five people, without a kitchenette, is large and spacious. It is somewhat dated but clean and features a window overlooking the sea. The beds are comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Our only complaint concerns one of the beds in the largest room. It squeaked so loudly with any movement that it woke everyone up. This issue was reported to the reception desk.

Freundliches Hotel in ruhiger Strandlage
Pros:

Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis ist stimmig, sehr freundliches Personal, Lage ist ruhig, nahe Strand und ein kurzer 10min Weg zum Vaporetto Terminal S.M.E. Lido (alternativ Busstation direkt vor dem Hotel). Der danebenliegende öffentliche Strand ist sauber und kostenlos, was eine tolle Option für einen schnellen Strandgang zum Meer nach div. Ausflügen ermöglicht.

Cons:

Küchenzeile im Zimmer: Wird angeboten, ist jedoch mit zusätzlichen Kosten verbunden, die erst nach der Buchung kommuniziert werden. Es wäre besser diese Kosten gleich in den Zimmerpreis zu inkludieren, das wirkt positiver. Man könnte das Geschäftsmodell dann umdrehen und einen Rabatt anbieten, falls die Küche nicht benötigt wird (der Küchen-Einbauschrank würde dann geschlossen bleiben).

Die Lage ist unschlagbar, die Dachterrasse ganz toll

Cons:

Die Betten waren extrem unbequem. Ein Bett hat so laut geknarzt bei jeder Bewegung, dass wir ständig aufgewacht sind. Die Toilette wurde zwar täglich gereinigt, aber es stank extrem nach Urin.
