Lage am Lido, kurzer Weg zum Strand und 10 Minuten zu Bars, Restaurants und Hafen. Rooftop Bar ist beim Sonnenuntergang sehr schön. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Eingang.

Cons:

Essenauswahl im Restaurant nicht sehr vielseitig.

Przestronne czyste pokoje. Fajny bar na dachu ale krótko otwarty do22

Cons:

Bar i restauracja hotelowa jest czynna od godziny 17, goście przyjeżdżający wcześniej nie mają gdzie zjeść. W pobliżu jest bar na plaży z przekąskami ale nie każdy znajdzie w nim coś dla siebie.
Najgorsza sytuacja spotkała nas przy wyjeździe - mieliśmy samolot o 19 więc prosiliśmy o przedłużenie doby do 14-15. Początkowo Pani w recepcji sprawdziła że nie ma na ten pokój rezerwacji więc nie powinno być problemu, natomiast 2 godziny później przekazano nam informację że mamy zwolnić pokój do 11 lub zapłacić pełną kwotę za następną dobę. Argumentowano krótkim czasem pracy osób sprzątających - w inne dni pokoje suszarnie były późno więc raczej nie był to trafny argument. W innych hotelach przedłużenie doby do 14-15 pod warunkiem braku obłożenia nigdy nie było problemem, czasem spotkałem się z opłatą 20-30% doby, ale nie całość… oczywiście zasady to zasady, właściciele decydują, ale jednak niesmak pozostał

Hôtel sur l'île du Lido, près de la plage, proche du départ des vaporetto (bus ou à pied). Confortable, le roof top est un vrai plus. Très bon petit déjeuner. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Für uns als Familie die perfekte Wahl: Lage, Personal, Zimmer.
Pros:

Tolle Lage des Hotels zum Strand (2 Min.) und zum Vaporetto (ca. 10 Min.). Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Zimmer und Frühstück. Rooftop Bar und Restaurant vorhanden und zu empfehlen. Auch eine Laufrunde direkt vom Hotel durch ein kleines Naturschutzgebiet zum Leuchtturm und am Strand ist möglich.

Für Familienaufenthalt in Venedig sicher eine sehr gute Adresse.
Pros:

Am besten ist die Lage am Lido in erster Reihe zum Strand. Näher zum öffentlichen Strand geht es nicht. Es gab nichts auszusetzen und zu bemängeln - alles top! Alles sauber und das Frühstück vielfältig und reichhaltig. Mit Öffis gut erreichbar, die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus, in 5 - 7 Minuten ist man mit dem Bus oder in 15 - 20 Minuten zu Fuß bei der Vaporettostation vom Lido.

Cons:

Tatsächlich gab es nichts auszusetzen. Wenn man etwas kritisieren wollte, dann vielleicht, dass die Heizung bei Ankunft auf vollen Touren lief und wir es nicht an allen Heizkörpern geschafft haben, die Heizung auszuschalten - aber es war auch März und manch anderer mag es auch gern mollig warm…

A decent stay
Pros:

The hotel made a mistake of not preparing enough beds as according to reservation. I was positively surprised when we received an extra room for a night.
That additional regular room we received was clean, nicely decorated and really ok for what we were looking for.

Cons:

The initial room with 5 beds we reserved is not in a great shape/state. Like nobody really cared on how to furnish the room and what really needs to be there (like missing bin in the main room). I also expected little bit more local insights into Venice and Lido and how to navigate / where to eat, etc.
