The breakfast offered a wide variety of foods, with excellent replenishment throughout the service. It was very inclusive, providing options such as chicken sausages and turkey ham, which are uncommon in many hotels and destinations.
The breakfast staff were attentive and friendly.

The hotel has a restaurant, which is very convenient for dinner in case of a late arrival. Prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are adequate.

There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, allowing easy travel to and from the station for the vaporetto. The station is also within easy walking distance.

The room and bathroom were very spacious. The room had a good amount of furniture, providing ample space for storing clothes and luggage during the stay. The room and facilities were also very clean.

It is located very close to the beach.

der öffentliche strand ist direkt gegenüber und unser zimmer mit balkon hatte einen schönen meer-blick. auf der terrasse konnte ich meine yoga-übungen ungestört machen und die anbindung an bus und boot ist sehr gut.

Frühstück könnte qualitativ besser sein. Frühstücksservice unprofessionell, Tische werden nicht abgeräumt, Putztuch mit Sprühflasche liegen auf dem "Dekotisch" in der Mitte des Raumes während des Frühstücks.

Excelente ubicación, literalmente al lado de la playa, con vistas al mar, y no muy lejos de la estación de barco, pudiendo llegar al centro de Venecia en media hora. La habitación era muy cómoda y agradable, a la llegada nos esperaban galletas y agua de bienvenida. La mujer joven de recepción nos atendió de manera muy agradable y atenta, con una sonrisa en la cara. Grazie per tutti!!!

Das Frühstück hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Es gab Rührei, Speck, viel Süßes, alle warmen Getränke, Säfte, Obst. 3 Stunden Möglichkeit, zu frühstücken, mit entspannter Musik und entspanntem Personal. Schade war lediglich, dass es keine kleinen Brötchen gab.
Lage war top zum öffentlichen Strand: direkt gegenüber. Hotel hat Aufzug für 4 Geschosse + Erdgeschoss. Personal sehr freundlich, Housekeeping sehr gut.

Beach very close, just 200 m! Room was very big and comfortable, good location. Closed parking place for 10 EUR a day. Very nice city!
