All in all, I liked the hotel, but the workers need to have a better outlook and more training

The lady at the front desk refused my stay due to. I had a service animal, and they had no more pet rooms, but due to it, ADA rules and regulations they are not supposed to restrict me to one specific room. I had brought this to her attention and she called her manager and her manager doubled down on it and refused me to stay again.

Pros:

Extended stay was one of my favorites but i had a few hang ups while there. My toilet didn't work when I arrived but i fixed that, my tv remote didn't work but Brenda at the front desk was nice enough to help with that, and i was doing a conference this weekend so i needed my suits and shirts to look nice and my room didn't have an ironing board and iron the front desk was close so i had to run to Walmart to buy a iron other than that wasn't bad.

Room was clean and bed was comfy

Cons:

I've stayed at this location many times due to work. There wasn't a microwave in Room 149 which was disappointing. I had to eat my dinner cold....,, no good.
