Pros:

Location good. That’s it.

Cons:

Everything. No kitchen utensils, cups or anything provided. Had to pay for them. Uncomfortable bed. Dirty floor. Two towels. One bar of soap, no shampoo.

I would pay double to stay down the road

Absolutely not clean, outside of the refrigerator was disgusting. The check-in process after 10 PM is horrific..

All in all, I liked the hotel, but the workers need to have a better outlook and more training

Cons:

The lady at the front desk refused my stay due to. I had a service animal, and they had no more pet rooms, but due to it, ADA rules and regulations they are not supposed to restrict me to one specific room. I had brought this to her attention and she called her manager and her manager doubled down on it and refused me to stay again.
