Overall a comfortable stay at a good price but lacking on location.
Pros:

The staff was helpful and very polite. The provide complimentary drinks

Cons:

The location was a little lacking, parking was a little higher. The elevators were a little old, and the tvs are too small for the size of the rooms.

Very pleasant stay. Good location albeit a bit of a walk to the free tram but we are use to walking.
Pros:

Comfortable. Nice restaurant attached with good breakfast.

Cons:

Min 18% service charge seemed a bit steep in the restaurant.

Luxurious Hotel
Pros:

King suite very spacious, clean, comfortable bed. Good location downtown, with a selection of restaurants within walking distance on a quite Sunday night

Cons:

Parking in the adjacent multi-storey difficult if you have a non USA phone to pay using the qr code

Every time I go to Denver, I stay here

El desayuno era muy básico y la persona que me atiendo lo hizo muy mal teniendo un traductor no me ayudaba y se molestaba al final no me quiso explicar nada en ningún idioma

Expensive for the level of service you receive
Pros:

Location was central to everything we did, pool was a nice bonus and we had a balcony.

Cons:

We never received cleaning services even though we asked for it (and its hotel policy according to their site) … we got a new set of towels… but our trash was never taken out, no other in room cleaning happened and our linens were never changed… we also had to ask for Bed linens for the pullout (even though we clearly stated in our reservation we had two kids staying in our one bedroom suite) and when the bed linens arrived the sheets had stains on them and were not usable.

Overall the front desk and pool/bar were under staffed. We always had a long wait for our car, or to ask a question or order anything, but most staff was friendly at least.

Great outdoor pool.
Pros:

The pizza at Gattera was delicious. Exactly what we needed after a late arrival.

Cons:

The front desk seemed to truly be confused by easy questions. Booked a room with a balcony and just had a basic room.
