The location is good just a short walk from the 16th street, it was very clean and we loved the roof top pool
I can’t say that there was anything wrong. I just wished the pool was bigger it got very crowded at one point
Quite and professional. After a long extended flight back for my surprise birthday party, definitely needed to get away with the wifey to enjoy the last of the night and sleep in the next morning.
For some reason they didnt have my room ready or something even with a confirmation number and prepaid card on file. Good thing my beyond beautiful responsible wife was there to seamlessly fix everything, charge her account and then take care of it in the early morning as we were only there a couple of hours before checking out.

The pool & balcony and large rooms.
No pool bar service and we were told it was open by staff. No one answered phone for reception or room service.
The onsite Restaurant was good, but pricey. The rooftop Pool was the Best part of the stay, but would have been nice to have drinks available in the morning....maybe a coffee bar
The Valet was slow, upon checkout there was no valet in the morning and No carts available for luggage......front desk was zero help! They did comp that last day valet....How can you charge for a service you don't have!
The hotel itself was unique! Loved it! Would absolutely stay again! Old Hollywood style. Made normal people feel rich. It was definitely one of the coolest places I have ever stayed! Great restaurant attached to the hotel, we ate several meals there over the 3 days we were there and they were all wonderful. You can have housekeeping DAILY! This has become a thing of the past, but not here and we didn't even ask, just left our room, came back, had clean towels, made beds and the trash was gone.
They have Valet service, and an underground garage. I love this in the summer! And year round for theft. It really made me feel secure.
We had a huge room! Over 700 sq ft. And a large balcony! This hotel has been around since 1986 I believe, they have kept it very clean and updated somethings and are working on things again ( we did not see anything while we were there, I did a little digging on the web)
Now, let's talk about the customer service. We got to know just about everyone there in 3 days. We NEVER less than a 5 star interaction! Not one single time. From valet, housekeeping, check in, waiter, bartender, checkout. Every single person was kind, attended needs, and attentive! Absolutely wonderful people!! I hope to see them all on our next trip ✨✨ ✨

I didn't care for the location after the sun went down. I didn't feel safe enough to go outside. I am sure if I had just gone about my business, I would have been fine! But I sat on the balcony and people watched, it is an interesting neighborhood.
As far as the hotel itself, there are a few little things here and there that my eyes caught that need taken care of, a little paint peeling, and a couple corners could use a good scrub, but honestly your really had to look! For the age of this building, it really shines!!

Bed and pillows were substandard.
I liked the room was spacious and having the view of the city and bed was comfortable and the outside pool on the rooftop was great
I didn't like that the price i had to pay for the room and i still had to pay for everything such as parking, drinks and snacks there was nothing complimentary not even a breakfast and everything was overpriced and didnt like how the restaurant and bar closed so early and there was no other means to get something to snack on or get something to drink after 10pm within the hotel..
The didn't like the shower had no water pressure and the shower head doesn't provide good water flow
