The pool is amazing
the location. That is about it.
The food was average at best. The bar had a poor selection. The temperature controls in the room were imprecise. The room was freezing and I was uncomfortable the entire time. The furnishings were worn and the rooms were dated and damaged in places. There were not enough plugs. The construction in the back made for a really ugly view.

Customer service was really not great, staff made basic things seem like a chore, not responsive to room requests, not readily helping to take bags up to room. It was obvious they were short staffed.
Attentive staff. Great location. Room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel restaurant was delicious. Lucky with the weather to enjoy the rooftop pool.
Wish the rooftop bar was open for beverages, but maybe too early in the season for that

I always get great customer service
No complaints
Everything. Syringe found in lamp in the bathroom. They moved us and then the tv in the bedroom didn’t work and neither did most of the lamps/lights. Staff didn’t seem too concerned about the syringe in the room and both rooms weren’t clean.
