Все надзвичайно чудово. Неймовірно вдячна адміністрації та персоналу готелю.
Pros:

Усе сподобалося. Персонал та адміністрація дуже привітний, в усьому допомогав і ставився з розумінням. Розташування і сам готель та безпосередньо номер - чудові. Дуже чисто усе, справно, справді: приємна атмосфера (запах, чистота, все свіже, якісне, до деталей усе враховано, щоб перебування було на висоті), дуже тихо (шумоізоляція) і затишно. У номері щодня стоїть свіжа нова вода, щоб попити, кава, сливки (є кофемашина) та чай. Лише найкращі рекомендації.

Cons:

Усе було добре. Навіть більше, будь які негаразди, які навіть не залежали від готелю, чудово ним вирішувалися. Тимчасовий шум з вулиці не заважав нам, бо у готелі чудова шумоізоляція. На усі питання і ситуації гарно і привітно реагували. (З нашої сторони виникло питання по оплаті, то ніякого конфлікту не було, навпаки, все дуже приємно вирішили і ми були приємно вражені, хоча то мала б бути наша проблема, та і в цілому в усьому допомогали нам неодноразово).

Excellent thank you for a lovely stay !
Pros:

Very clean , decor was lovely and staff were very helpful , fantastic location to walk to most of the tourist spots.

Cons:

There was some temporary road works outside but it didn’t affect us in the Hotel at all , the rooms were well sound proofed.

Exceptional customer service, great location, and stellar rooms!
Pros:

Not only does this place have a terrific location within walking distance of all the major sites in Paris, but it is also has neat, clean, modern rooms with exceptional customer service! The staff were consistently excellent and accommodated a late/staggered check in with different members of our party without a hitch.

Pros:

Staff gentile, veloce, efficiente. Colazione ottima. Suite Junior per 3 persone comoda e silenziosa. Location ideale per raggiungere a piedi molte attrazioni. Metro nelle vicinanze. Ristoranti e bar vicini.

Cons:

Manca una presa elettrica nel bagno, e dunque l'asciugacapelli o il rasoio elettrico devono essere messi in camera. A parte questo, tutto perfetto.

la climatisation excellente en pleine canicule!

Cons:

L'ascenseur ne marchait pas le deuxième jour et j'étais au 6ème étage !!

Great location. Reception place is nice to have a rest. Bad is comfortable

Cons:

I didn’t like the bathroom layout. The toilet was separate from the bathroom and there was no sink in the toilet, which I didn’t find very hygienic. Especially for families with children or longer stays, I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Pros:

чисто, кофемашина и чай (даже с молоком) в номере, удобная кровать, ресепшн достаточно приветливый, температура во всем отеле поддерживалась идеально для такой жары

Cons:

- пропало нижнее белье, и "у них не было для меня решения проблемы"
- лифт 2 дня не работал
- воду предлагают пить водопроводную (в бутыле угольная палочка для улучшения качества и вкуса воды), но вкус воды все же был не очень хороший
