Good location but poor lighting in room
Pros:

This hotel is well located with lots of hotels, restaurants and gas stations nearby. Our room was clean and the shower okay. Our chief complaint was that the room lighting was way under par. The breakfast was typical for a Holiday Inn Express, and they had my favorite maple sausage as a selection. The staff was pleasant, but the hotel has only 1 elevator.

Pros:

It was ok but if I had to do it all over again, I'd choose a different location.
Pros:

Jonathan(front desk/night audit)was wonderful and very helpful.All of the staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice. Everything looked fresh and was hot. Dining area was clean.

Cons:

My tub was dirty and had LOTS of short hairs in it. I had to clean it before I could use it. The phone in my room didn't work and when I needed help I had to use my cell phone. The A/C unit was old and didn't keep room cool. Towels were clean but very worn and thin. Expect more from an IGH hotel.

Pros:

All was nice. Unfortunately I did not get to take advantage of the breakfast due to time. Start at 6AM and closes down by 9AM. First morning we weren't up in time. Next day we left too early. Not a big deal. Room was spacious, staff was great on check in and out. Only thing I really had difficulty with was the TV kept losing it's signal. The overall experience was great. This location is close enough to dining and even grocery. Thank you for the stay!
