Quiet and Comfortable Stay
Pros:

Very comfortable and clean. Liked staying there.

Cons:

No EV charger any where near the hotel that was walkable.

You failed at the ADA Room~ I FELL~YOU SHOULD HAVE HAD GRAB BARS
Pros:

The ADA room that you said was ADA was not. I called the hotel back and the person that told me to call back to discuss the matter was not available. I'm in no mood to repeat the incident.

Cons:

The ADA room that you provided, was not up to ADA standard.

You charged a disabled person with a handicap placard $15 for parking.

My caregiver needed a bell hop/ cart/dolly . There were none available upon entering or exiting.

We requested extra towels. None came.

There is not enough room in this box to explain the big fail of this one night at the Hyatt.

Nice breakfast, convenient stay
Pros:

We really enjoyed the burgers that were available downstairs at the Placery. (Not room service though!) The room was clean, and the checkin/out was smooth.

Cons:

I think the coffee could have been a little better/stronger. I also wish there had been free parking.

Pros:

very quiet and clean, staff were helpful and friendly

Cons:

Although advertised as pet friendly, it was not . The fee for my dog was $100. I would say it was more a case of pets allowed but discouraged. Most places that advertise as pet friendly, either charge a nominal fee or none at all.
