Great customer service
Pros:

It was my first time staying in the hotel and it was great! All the staff I interacted with was polite, friendly and helpful. Nuvia, Brandon, Will, they all provided excellent service. Thank you!

Good hotel for entire family for competition
Pros:

Good quality room. Cleaning service was great. Front clerk attendants were amazing. The breakfast was good though some things ran out because of the amount of people staying there.

I would be happy to stay at the Hyatt Place in Denver again.
Pros:

I liked the customer service. I was scheduled to arrive on 12.11.25. I encountered a blizzard driving through MT & into WY. Sleeping sporadicly in my car with my service dog. I kept the Hyatt informed of my progress via text. When I arrived, exhausted, on the afternoon of the 12th I was greeted with a smile at the front desk by a man named Jordan (?). He said “Mr. Lindgren, I have been waiting for you.” Even now, writing those words makes me emotional. Nobody was waiting for me anywhere.
Breakfast was fantastic. He comped my parking too.

Cons:

Security could attempt to blend and appear less like club bouncers. Nobody likes to feel like they appear to be criminals.
