Initial room smelled like smoke/undress, but staff were able to change room that was better.

I thought there was a pool when I booked

Called beforehand, requested top floor, put the request into Booking.com. Arrived at 2pm, told two rooms on top floor were not cleaned yet. Came back at 4:30pm and was told no rooms on top floor except for a suite for more money.

The room was nothing special - nothing a Motel 6 does not provide except a Motel 6 will provide a microwave. Phones don't work so had to call from my cell to the front desk and go through barbaric voice prompts. Asked what I was paying for this room and they said they didn't know because I booked at Booking.com. Wifi is very poor - do not plan on working on your computer.

$15 for parking and if you ask about it or how to get registered to park, they will likely be rude.

It was impolite and not worth the money - stay elsewhere.

Oh, and as an added bonus, when the AC kicks on, sounds like you are next to an airport.

The breakfast looked like table scraps. It was hot so is puke..no pool, and parking $15. Highly not recommended. The door to the bathroom is see through (I was on vacation with my son, not something he needs to see..

We had a vehicle for only six hours on the property, and had to pay $30+ for parking to ensure it wouldn’t get towed.

Price booking in advance was higher than what it would’ve been booking same day, no hot tub or pool

1. The parking lot and entrance was under construction and they were laying black top all around the entrance - and black top dust got all over all of the cars but they still made people pay for parking.
2. Towels in the room were dirty.
3. Not enough towels or pillows in the room
4. Beds were small
5. They had a dispute with their cable provider and couldn't watch watch the World Cup on Fox (local/national channel)
6. The breakfast had some good options but was chaos and understaffed - constantly out of the main options. ending breakfast at 9am on the weekdays is too early.

The staff is not frindly, rooms are missing essentials like napkins, shoes for bath, they should not be charging customers for parking

The first room that we went in for our stay still had dirty sheets and hair all over them. We moved to the second one where we quickly had to get ready to go to a wedding. When we got back, we unfolded the hide a bed and it also had dirty sheets with stains on them and hair all over them. When we asked about moving to another room, they told us we could but it would be an up charge of $500. We were pretty disappointed with the cleanliness of all of the room. The third one we went to was a room that had an adjoining room that was bigger since the other two were suites that were not clean. The third one was better, but still had unclean sheets and bedding with stains on it. We eventually took them off and just use the spare ones because they appeared to be cleaner. Overall, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. Overall, we ended up paying almost $1300 and we’re highly disappointed.

There wasn’t a pool or hot tub.
