Great hotel! At a Great Price

Convenient to downtown without all the traffic
Pros:

Locations was great. (Was within walking distance of at least five places to eat.). Though this location is not in the City Center, it has a lot to offer without all of the traffic of downtown denver.

Cons:

I do not like that they wanted me to download an app to my phone for parking.

Great choice and value
Pros:

We had a lovely view of the mountains and the Archdiocese of Denver's beautiful crosses. The King room is a great size with a comfortable couch, work station, small fridge, nice T.V., iron and blow dryer. The shower is an actual shower (not a tub) with glass doors and that was a nice surprise. The room was clean and the breakfast was really good. It was close enough to downtown to get there easily but far enough away to avoid the noise and traffic. There was good shopping nearby including a grocery store a couple of blocks away. Overall an excellent stay and I will stay there again.

A good hotel experience for a reasonable price
Pros:

The hotel was clean, well-appointed and located nearby shopping and a wide variety of restaurants. The room was very nice...good bed, excellent shower and plenty of room in the closet. The television was of very high quilt and the cable tv offered a huge range of programming. I felt that the room and the hotel provided an excellent value! I will absolutely stay here again for my next trip to Denver!

Meet our needs
Pros:

Meet our needs for a two night stay to attend local event. Nice room, big and modern. Good shower, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast, lots of options.

Cons:

Local area did not feel very safe walking around.

Hotel has gone down hill
Pros:

This was my second time staying at this hotel. Previously it was a fine hotel, nothing special. The cleanness and staff have run this hotel down terribly. My room had a broken toilet, was not fully cleaned before arrival, I did not receive the crib required on reservation until I followed up twice, the printer in the business center did not function and the staff wouldn’t print for me, and three different ice machines were inoperable. Beyond all of those annoyances, the staff was particularly disappointing with their clear apathy while they sat on their cell phone when responding to me.
