Our stay was lovely
Pros:

The rooms were lovely and comfortable- bs Th rooms were clean, roomy and towels were great. The view was great. The L-shaped couch was great!

Would stay again but would request a room with 2 beds to make it more comfortable

Cons:

Booked a room for 3 people and received a double bed and sofa bed however the sofa bed was not made up. We had arrived late after a international flight, hence was not ideal to sleep on a sofa

Expected more from a Hyatt property
Pros:

The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good and different items both mornings. The room was ok but nothing special. The shower was large with good water pressure and temperature, plenty of hot water.

Cons:

The pull out bed in the couch was filthy. The room was reserved for three people so a king bed and a pull out. You would think that the room would have been better prepared by staff for three guests. Only two glasses and two coffee cups. The pillows were old and tired feeling. No loft, no softness, just a dead pile of feathers. The bathroom door is a glass sliding door that screached open and shut which disturbed others trying to sleep.
The ice machines are only on odd numbered floors, which seemed odd to me, probably because we were on the 2nd floor. lol
The parking lot on site is $15 a night and there is nowhere else to park. Having that included in the room cost instead of an add on would make it less of a jab.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Very nice room minimum three star hotel maybe for everything was clean. It was a beautiful suite room was cleaned every day we had a serviceissue with a blind. They took care of it immediately.

We’ve been staying at the Hyatt Place Denver/Cherry Creek on and off for the past year for work, and every stay has been a great experience. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional, and they always go above and beyond to make us feel at home.

The customer service has been exceptional every time, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is always pleasant. It’s clear that the team truly cares about their guests and takes pride in providing excellent service.

One nighter in Denver
Pros:

This was a mid-price hotel and was as expected. It was clean but a bit worn in places. Staff was helpful but front desk was understaffed. The bed was very comfortable and even being on a busy street, the room was quiet.
