Days Inn by Wyndham San Francisco - Lombard

The bathtub needs maintenance; the walls need some maintenance. The housekeeping lady came and woke us up before the checkout time, we felt rushed out. It was a small room, but it served its purpose. it was only one night stay. We felt that this is the kind of room they give you if you don't get a reservation straight from their website. We use Hotels.com

The bathtub has a stain that looked like somebody pooped inside the tub. Chlorox was overwhelming. No water provision. Parking space is cramped. Paint of room is old. There are no rules to observe silence after 9 pm. All of us were not able to sleep because of the noise above our room and the front desk person is not customer friendly. Worst hotel for the price we paid. I thought because it is Wyndham it would be good. At reservation, it was not specified what kind of breakfast is given. I would not recommend to anybody. Worst stay ever! Not happy customer.

Looks can be deceiving. Front desk was unmanned when we arrived. We waited ten minutes for someone to come out. Parking lot was empty so we had our pick of spaces. When the front desk person did come out he was very pleasant but when he opened the door to come into the small reception are, the aroma of curry was super prevalent. The aroma continued to get stronger as the day wore on. We were on second floor, the person below us had their tv on so loud it was shaking our room. Not enough plug outlets and for the love of god why do hotels not understand that when a couple checks in the woman will usually want two towels, one for her hair and another for her body? Small bathroom and not a lot of places to put your own toiletries. Beds super hard and a/c very inefficient. Convenient location but we would not stay here again.

Wife had to at UCSF so I got room to rest👍👍for the price and free parking not worried about my car that I'm pretty sure every room can the parking lot.( In closed )👍👌

Great customer service. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking was tight but you can expect that in San Fran.

Nice quiet room with free parking and convenient public transportation. Also close to many restaurants. I was offered ground or second floor room.

Found black color tiny bugs on sheets and pillow case. They were the size of a pin tip. If you weren't paying attention you would not notice. We didn't get bitten but it was concerning nonetheless. Mildew in the bathroom. Beds were on the smaller side. Breakfast was a grab and go. Felt disappointing for the price.

Lots of shopping, dining and coffee shops in walking distance to the motel

VERY good value for the money. I don't think there's any better motel in San Francisco for the price.

Cold coffee not good in the morning, as I arrived I asked front desk I need room in first floor due to my mom 85years old couldn’t go to second floor
Front desk said if I need first floor I have to pay extra so I did and got first floor room dirty place

Beds were to short and I'm only 5 foot 8 inches

It was a great location. Staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was spacious enough for what we needed.
