A comfortable hotel, but a disappointing experience due to misleading package conditions and poor handling of our compla
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is in a convenient central location.

Cons:

The Romantic Package was not provided as advertised. The sparkling wine and petit fours were supposed to be in the room upon arrival, but they were only delivered after we insisted. The package also promised an upgrade to a suite subject to availability. Booking.com showed that suites were still available that night, but the hotel refused the upgrade without a clear explanation. The way our complaint was handled at reception was dismissive and arrogant, as though we were asking for something we had not paid for.

Die Lage ideal um die Stadt zu Fuss zu erkunden. Hotel sehr sauber, tolles Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal. Im 17. Stock eine schöne Bar mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht!

Super Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Großes Hotel mit guter Lage in Porto. Wir hatten ein geräumiges und sehr sauberes Hotelzimmer, Betten waren ebenfalls bequem. Das Hotel bietet noch eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit Bar mit herrlichem Blick über Porto.
