Esperienza assolutamente positiva, oltre le aspettative. Servizio eccellente con concierge che ha aiutato nello spostamento dei bagagli e servizio accogliente e cortese alla reception. Colazione ricca e sempre rifornita nel corso dell'orario di servizio della sala, piena di opzioni dolci e salate. Siamo stati sorpresi anche da un upgrade, con una camera di livello superiore a quella della nostra prenotazione, spaziosa e pulita, ed un piccolo vassoio di dolci e champagne per il compleanno di uno dei viaggiatori. In generale, posizione eccellente ed esperienza assolutamente promossa, a pieni voti.
Piccola pecca, il ristorante panoramico al 17esimo piano, che presentava un rapporto qualità-prezzo squilibrato, con un prezzo medio troppo alto per la qualità dei piatti del menu.
We loved the rooftop bar and restaurant. Most of the staff were friendly but it’s just that one that ruins it for everyone else! And there was one at reception whose vibe was very cold! The others warmth compensated for her icecold reception!
We were charged to store our bikes in a sketchy garage separated from the hotel. That was a first in all of Europe. It’s now part of our narrative for bike packing in Portugal.
