Pros:

O surpriză neplăcută la sfârșitul sejurului când mi au cerut să mai plătesc încă o dată 30 de euro taxa de oraș.După ce am prezentat email cu dovada plății mi au spus că pot să plec, fără păreri de rău, fără scuze. Jenant!

Idéal séjour a l'hôtel don Enrique Dow ton

Le service .tout le personnel de cet hôtel était aux petits soins...
L emplacement bien sûr et le métro bolhao a quelques mètres ..idéal
Porto vérité vraiment 3 bons jours je recommande fortement votre hôtel
Et j y reviendrai avec plaisir

Pros:

This hotel is Fantastic and the view over the city was amazing. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and all the Staff were friendly and couldn't me more helpful.

Fabulous views from our suite and rooftop bar
Pros:

We didn't have the suite we loved the look of in Booking,com and were initially disappointed, especially as it was foggy so we couldn't see the views, but the next morning the views were brilliant and we loved it. I was also delighted to receive a bottle of bubbles and biscuits in our room as it was my birthday.

Cons:

Lovely hotel, with a great breakfast and views, but I would probably book somewhere closer to the waterfront next time.

We had a great visit to Porto
Pros:

Great location comfortable suite with balcony

Cons:

When called reception to ask for milk to go with the coffee and tea in the room was abruptly told by a man Portuguese do not take milk in coffee!!! To either go to the restaurant or order via room service. Disgraceful, don’t put coffe/tea facilities in room if you’re not going to supply milk. This is the first time ever not had milk to go with the drinks.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, lovely rooftop bar and friendly staff.

The Internet connection was terrible, making it difficult to watch TV. Odd things like only supplying one tea bag at a time and no milk to go in it.
