Pas ce que l’on peut attendre pour le prix
Cons:

La chambre qui n’est pas celle que nous avions réservée (2 lits en place d’un seul King size), le bruit d’une machinerie dans le plafond de l’entrée de la chambre, la réception qui insiste sur le fait que nos breakfast n’étaient pas inclus alors qu’ils l’étaient. Dont le prix pour tout cela était vraiment exagéré.

It was alright except for our dirty room

Cons:

The room we were put in was very dirty. We noticed it after our even at about 10pm when we got back. There was dog hair everywhere along with dog food on the floor. The shower was littered with someone else’s hair and our comforter was stained and dirty. I will be seeking at the very least a partial reimbursement

Pros:

The tub in the bathroom had mold in it . Multiple other areas that were dirty . I took pictures of all . They came to remove the mold and fix a broken bathroom outlet after our first day and they left all the scraps from the repair all over the bathroom floor. Left a message for the GM and they never got back to me . The bathroom was disgusting .

1st time at this hotel. It was decent, but three nearby hotels looked better.

Cons:

Confirmed was IHG but Staff never heard of Electric Car Chargers which is one of the main reasons I prefer IHG.

Pros:

We stayed here for 2 nights after staying at the Holiday Inn Express West on Holiday Drive the previous 2 nights. The king sized bed room was more that sufficient for the two of us. While this is not an "Express" there is a restaurant and bar onsite and the dinner we had Thursday night was very good. The bar also was nice and relaxing and there are several local establishments with walking distance. There is a paid breakfast from 6am to 10am but we did not partake of it. Parking is great with a three level garage but I would highly suggest using either the garage entrance off of 4th street by the loading dock (2nd level and covered) or main drive ways entrance (3nd level and not covered) as both of these have access to either the elevators or the main floor. The lowest level off Iowa street, while covered, only has a metal stair case which can be a challenge with luggage. The location is also very close to many of the downtown sites and we would see the Fenelon Place Elevator Company site from our room. We found everything was clean and orderly and totally enjoyed the walk in shower. The staff we interacted with was pleasant as well.

Le petit déjeuner satisfaisant. Le restaurant à l'intérieur de l'établissement, le service et les prix. La proximité avec la ville à découvrir absolument. Le parking gratuit.

Cons:

l'accueil du premier jour, en revanche, le personnel ayant changé, cela nous a été tout à fait agréable pour la suite de notre séjour. aucune luminosité dans la chambre.
