We enjoyed our visit to Dubuque. The staff was very welcoming. Jeff gave us lifts to where we needed to go. He is always very helpful and friendly.

Pros:

The front desk employees were fantastic. Very helpful at check in and anytime we talk with them or asked questions. The van shuttle to and from events is a really nice option. We will be back for sure.

Nice location to highways and attractions downtown.
Pros:

Staff was very nice, good parking, room was comfortable.

Cons:

Bathroom was really outdated, disappointing that for what I paid for the room there wasn’t a free continental breakfast, also breakfast wasn’t available until 7 a.m. and we had to be somewhere by 7:30 so had to skip breakfast.

pleasant hotel just needs more housekeeping skills

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good ..... free parking was a nice option

Cons:

The 1st room we were given had not been cleaned even though the front desk staff checked with housekeeping.... the next room had food on the floor where it had not been vacuumed and our second room had food in the fridge from the last occupant. They did attempt to take care of these issues after I notified them.... they were fully booked all weekend that included a lot of kids making messes but these were basic housekeeping failures

It was okay but the bathroom cleanliness was lacking.

The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The shower was dirty. It looked like it was mold in the grout. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling.

Breakfast was too pricey

Cons:

The restaurant was completely reserved could not eat in there. Our view from our window was the rooftop. Could not see out at all. Terrible!

I have stayed several times, and I will definitely be back.

Love the location. We had tickets at Five Flags. There is lots to do within walking distance.
