La ubicació és Excel.lent
El desayuno se sirve en el restaurant vecino al hotel, es regular, y el lugar sucio y mal atendido.
La habitación triple con vistas al mar es muy amplia y limpia. El personal es muy amable. Para una estancia tranquila en primera linea de playa con servicios de hamacas y parasoles de alquiler. El jardín donde está la piscina es un rincón ideal para desconectar y relajarse.
We spent August 3 to August 10 at URH Playa Sitges. Breakfasts were good, Alex at reception was so kind and helpful! Alex, the restaurant manager, was an exceptional host, and the food was great... especially Mediterranean Salmon salad! I did think though the restaurant had far to few waiters... saw a number of patrons leave before being seated. Gabriel, the barman, was so helpful too... no pool service so he helped carry to the pool even though he was being bombarded with orders. Pity such a busy place has too few waitrons!
Our room, 307, often smelt of sewer from the bathroom pipes! But we only slept there, with bathroom door closed. Sitges keeps one busy during the day.
A lovely location on the beach, bright pleasant rooms and very comfortable beds. The bathroom was a decent size. Breakfast and check-out times were good. Having breakfast sitting on the seafront was a great start to the day. The pool is also very nice.
For some reason it was impossible to shower without the water spilling all over the floor.
The "gym" is very basic to the point of not being worth using for anything other than using the treadmill /bike.

The proximity to the beach. Close to Old Town too; just a bit challenging for someone with mobility issue.
I saw the cleaning lady used the towel (not the shower rug) to wipe the toilet seats.
At the hotel restaurant; the food has been served but the server took 10mins to bring the utensils and another 5 for the napkins. It could be considered minor but should be the first to be set up on the table.

Room a bit tired and breakfast a bit basic. Dog barking in room next door affected our sleep

The floors are tile and there is a constant sound of scraping in the hotels , it’s was outrageous , I’ve never stayed in a place with as little sound proofing between rooms. They need to consider putting some soft furnishings under the furniture.
Personal muy atento y amable. Excelente ubicación en frente de la playa y al lado del pueblo pero en zona más tranquila.Muy limpio.
El ambiente no es para ir en familia con niños o adolescentes. En la piscina no podían jugar porque el resto de personas alojadas se quejaban del poco ruido que hacían. No volvería con familia. El gimnasio muy pequeño, solo una habitacion pequeña y el aparato principal estaba estropeado.
Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt.
Das Hotel ist völlig überteuert und keine vier Sterne wert. Einfachste kleine Zimmer, kleines Bad mit Plastikbecken und Schwarzschimmel in den Fugen der Dusche (wurde während unseres Aufenthalts mit Silikon unprofessionell überschmiert), hellhörig, Klimaanlage geht nur auf Höchststufe und rauscht mit 65 dB, so dass man nachts nicht gut schläft, ohne Klimaanlage von der Hitze her unerträglich, WLAN sehr schwach, im TV kein einziger deutscher Sender (nur RTL Österreich), schmuckloser nüchterner, einfacher Empfang/Rezeption, keine Strandhandtücher, durch die Ritzen der Zimmertür scheint nachts das Flurlicht derart hinein, dass man das Zimmer zum Schlafen nicht dunkel bekommt und und und …und alles für über 300 € pro Nacht! Das ist bei allen Preissteigerungen heutzutage dennoch Wucher und Abzocke. Beim Auschecken keine Frage wie es gefallen hat, kein Bitte oder Danke, unfreundlich und arrogant. Insgesamt ist das gesamte Haus sehr in die Jahre gekommen und abgewirtschaftet. Für mal 2 Tage machbar unter einfachsten Ansprüchen aber nicht feinen ganzen Urlaub zu empfehlen.
Excelente ubicación frente a la playa San Sebastián y de la zona céntrica con muchos restaurantes y bares a elección . Hotel amplio, habitaciones cómodas y mobiliario moderno . Desayuno correcto. Volveríamos !
