Fantastic location overlooking the sea and walking distance of shops and restaurants, staff were exceptional, the hotel is linked with a restaurant that fronts on to the sea. The food here is of an excellent quality and the place has a really good vibe
Nothing
Excellent location, I prefer this side of Sitges, it's prettier and calmer than the city center, while being super close to it. Comfortable rooms, spacious bathroom. We didn't take breakfast but the hotel cafe offers great a la carte options for breakfast and lunch, plus has a beautiful outside terrace.
The insulation is not great and we heard the people staying in the neighbouring room a lot. Nothing a pair of earplugs couldn't solve but I would expect a better insulation from this type of hotel.

Great beach location opposite Beach
URH Sitges remains our hotel of choice on our annual visit to Sitges.
This year we visited in the offseason instead of in the summer and definitely had a different experience in the town. It was quiter and much easier for restaurant/tapas bar bookings and browsing the wonderful shops.
Our frontal sea view was fantastic. Bed was comfortable and we had tea/coffee facilities. We did notice since our last visits 8 months ago, that their are some maintenance issues here and there. Some broken tiles which have been patched up , broken beading on the glass door leading to the balcony, dirty umbrellas in the restaurant Amanit, fewer items for the breakfast buffet than we have had on our 3 previous visits.
The small plastic table in our balcony had a large crack in the middle when we arrived which we reported to reception 3 times but nothing was done about it. We took the table down to reception in the end to get it replaced on our 3rd day. As we had paid extra for a balcony sea view room it is reasonable to expect balcony furniture which is usable.
We must however commend the staff, Cristina, Ivan,Domingo for looking after us well..we hope the maintenance issues are resolved as we love this homely hotel and want to keep staying here.
Прекрасный отель на первой линии моря. Не смотря на то, что внизу находится ресторан, он закрывается в 21:30 и уже становится тихо. Очень удобная большая кровать, чистое белье. Отличный вид на море и пляж. Великолепные завтраки. Понравилось все, при случае обязательно вернусь именно в этот отель.
