Please note that a deposit of PLN 450 per day is required upon arrival for the use of such facilities as mini-bar, telephone and laundry. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if guests don't use the additional services listed above.

Please note that smoking is strictly forbidden at the property, both within the rooms and in the common areas. Failing to uphold this rule will result in a fee of PLN 2000 per night.

Hotel is accepting pets that do not exceed 18 kg of weight. Maximum 2 pets may occupy a guest room.
The nonrefundable fee for the pet is 324 PLN per stay, additional fees may be charged if the hotel discovers severe damage or sanitation needs. Pets (excluding service animals) are allowed into the following food and beverage areas: Café Bristol, Café Bristol outside terrace, Lane’s Bar outside terrace.

A surcharge applies for departures after check-out hours. Late check-out fee: PLN 108 per hour between 12:00–18:00 (subject to availability), after 18:00 full charge of one night.

The hotel is obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors, in particular to establish the identity of the minor and his relationship with the adult with whom he stays in the property. (Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protection of minors).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. It is a magnificent building. Old European style. Inside was very tasteful on the modern side. With an old glass elevator

I chose Hotel Bristol in Warsaw as my number one option from the very beginning — I stayed there from the 24th to the 27th of March with a group of friends. The experience was already exceptional: elegance, history, precision in service — everything aligned exactly as it should in a hotel of this stature.

But life has a way of testing choices.

On the 27th of March, after checking out, I went to Warszawa Wschodnia train station where I was robbed. In a matter of minutes, I lost everything — documents, wallet, all sense of normality. In that moment, your options disappear.

Or so I thought.

Hotel Bristol, which was my number one option on the 24th of March, became my only option on the 27th.

I returned with nothing. No identification. No certainty. And yet, without hesitation, I was received again. The gentleman and the young lady at the reception handled the situation with discretion, intelligence, and genuine human care. They checked me in again — something that goes beyond standard procedure and enters the realm of trust.

I stayed again from the 27th to the 30th of March.

In my profession as a criminal lawyer, I deal every day with questions of responsibility, judgment, and human behavior under pressure. What I experienced at Hotel Bristol was not just hospitality — it was integrity in action.

This hotel did not just offer luxury when everything was easy.

It stood firm when things were not.

That is why Hotel Bristol is not just a choice.

Amazing stay in Warsaw
Pros:

Excellent location (just a few minutes walk to the Old Town) in a beautiful historical building. Service and cleaning was immaculate, breakfast and all amenities on point. One of the best hotel experiences I had and would recommend it in a heartbeat.
