Please note that a deposit of PLN 450 per day is required upon arrival for the use of such facilities as mini-bar, telephone and laundry. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if guests don't use the additional services listed above.

Please note that smoking is strictly forbidden at the property, both within the rooms and in the common areas. Failing to uphold this rule will result in a fee of PLN 2000 per night.

Hotel is accepting pets that do not exceed 18 kg of weight. Maximum 2 pets may occupy a guest room.
The nonrefundable fee for the pet is 324 PLN per stay, additional fees may be charged if the hotel discovers severe damage or sanitation needs. Pets (excluding service animals) are allowed into the following food and beverage areas: Café Bristol, Café Bristol outside terrace, Lane’s Bar outside terrace.

A surcharge applies for departures after check-out hours. Late check-out fee: PLN 108 per hour between 12:00–18:00 (subject to availability), after 18:00 full charge of one night.

The hotel is obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors, in particular to establish the identity of the minor and his relationship with the adult with whom he stays in the property. (Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protection of minors).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Obsługa na bardzo wysokim poziomie i cały historyczny klimat hotelu.
Polecam drinki w barze (barman wsłuchuje się w oczekiwania klienta) oraz śniadanie i kawkę w cafe bristol. Tort bristol też ma ciekawy delikatny smak z nutą śliwki i praliny orzechowej.
Basen i sauny wystarczające i relaksujące, chociaż zapach pod prysznicem w saunie dla mnie nieprzyjemny?

Lovely hotel right in the heart of Warsaw
Pros:

Undeniably a beautiful old style building right in the heart of Warsaw. The location is really great, and easy walking distance to most things. Sadly the rooms are looking slightly tired, and the decor isn’t up to a 5* standard as is advertised. Sadly they fall prey to the biggest bug bear in a hotel room, no plug sockets anywhere near the bed. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Overall would stay again, but feel the hotel could do with a touch of TLC to modernise it.

Мы снова остановились в отеле Bristol, и как всегда остались очень довольны! Особенно хочется отметить спа-зону — сауны просто потрясающие, всё чисто, уютно и действительно можно расслабиться. Бассейн большой, а вода очень комфортной температуры — плавать одно удовольствие.
В целом атмосфера в отеле приятная, персонал внимательный, номера аккуратные и комфортные. С удовольствием возвращаемся сюда снова и обязательно приедем ещё! 💙

The only hotel I will stay in when visiting Warsaw.
Pros:

I travel a great deal for work and I am rarely astonished by a hotel. This hotel exceeded my expectations n every way.

The location is excellent and the staff were brilliant at every turn. Helpful, accommodating and kind. The check in process was easy and helpful. The food in all the restaurants was excellent and the room was lovely.

We spent a couple days in a meeting here as well and although meeting fare is usually diabolical the food provided was great.

All luxury hotels offer similar amenities and it is hard sometimes to be impressed so, as an example of “the little things that make a difference”. I had a book I was reading next to my bed, I dog eared the page and went to sleep. The next afternoon when I came back to my room my book had a Hotel bookmark placed on the page I was reading. These little details make a difference and ensure that if I am ever in Warsaw again, there is nowhere else I will stay.

Thank you to all the staff. You were exceptional and I appreciate each of you.
