Please note that a deposit of PLN 450 per day is required upon arrival for the use of such facilities as mini-bar, telephone and laundry. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if guests don't use the additional services listed above.

Please note that smoking is strictly forbidden at the property, both within the rooms and in the common areas. Failing to uphold this rule will result in a fee of PLN 2000 per night.

Hotel is accepting pets that do not exceed 18 kg of weight. Maximum 2 pets may occupy a guest room.
The nonrefundable fee for the pet is 324 PLN per stay, additional fees may be charged if the hotel discovers severe damage or sanitation needs. Pets (excluding service animals) are allowed into the following food and beverage areas: Café Bristol, Café Bristol outside terrace, Lane’s Bar outside terrace.

A surcharge applies for departures after check-out hours. Late check-out fee: PLN 108 per hour between 12:00–18:00 (subject to availability), after 18:00 full charge of one night.

The hotel is obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors, in particular to establish the identity of the minor and his relationship with the adult with whom he stays in the property. (Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protection of minors).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This hotel was so amazing that my trip became a true humble best ever hotel stay. Welcome and check-in was fantastic including a deluxe suite upgrade. location next to presidential palace and very close to old town is fantastic. The room and sleeping comfort was amazing, never had such nice sleep and room was completely silence. The Byredo amenities so nice. Breakfast a la carte breakfast with avocado toast, french toast, orange juice and an espresso was a perfect star. The breakfast one of my best ever - thanks for amazing stay, I will be back

Najlepszy hotel w stolicy. Niesamowita architektura, perfekcyjna czystość i obsługa na najwyższym światowym poziomie. Lokalizacja 10/10, wszędzie blisko, a jednocześnie prestiżowo i bezpiecznie.

Raffles bar was too busy after a night @ the Opera so headed to the Bristol Warsaw Hotel opposite for some drinks & bar snacks, all the dishes we ordered were perfect, well worth a visit 👍🏻

Od lat korzystamy z hoteli klasy premium na całym świecie, jednak nasz ostatni pobyt w Bristolu zakończył się potężnym rozczarowaniem pod względem bezpieczeństwa.

Po wymeldowaniu z pokoju stwierdziliśmy zniknięcie sprzętu elektronicznego o znacznych gabarytach (duży iPad w charakterystycznej, dziecięcej obudowie). Sprzęt bez cienia wątpliwości został w pokoju. Ostatnia lokalizacja logowania pokazuje się tam, dobrych kilka godzin po naszym wyjeździe. Zamiast profesjonalnego podejścia i sprawdzenia, hotel potraktował sprawę zdawkowo, informując z opóźnieniem, że "niczego nie znaleziono".

Wynoszenie sprzętu po gościach przez obsługę to praktyka z najtańszych moteli, a nie z najstarszego, rzekomo luksusowego hotelu w Warszawie.
Jeśli podróżujecie z cennym sprzętem firmowym lub danymi prywatnymi… omijajcie ten hotel. Menedżment ewidentnie nie panuje nad tym, kogo zatrudnia do sprzątania. My na pewno nie wrócimy.
