There was a lot to appreciate about this stay...
Pros:

There was a lot to appreciate about this stay, particularly the overall ambience and the panoramic hillside view provided by the wide windows and mature trees. The breakfast was tasty and convenient, and the hospitality in the lobby made for a very welcoming arrival.

Cons:

While the property is excellent, the housekeeping standards are concerning. Leaving bed sheets in the hallways on the floor, is a major sanitary lapse. For a hotel at this level, I expected much stricter hygiene protocols to prevent the spread of germs and cross-contamination.

Perfect
Pros:

Everything was perfect! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! They brought us a crib for our toddler almost immediately after checking in since they saw our over tired baby. Extremely friendly staff at the bar area. Evening and morning service were excellent.

Cons:

It did take awhile to get our food, but I understand with only one person working in the kitchen.

piss poor management of security deposit . shouldn't take a week to get what's urs back

250 dollar required securities deposit that takes up to a week to get returned . to u . every other place as soon as I walk out of hotel money is returned to me this place I gotta wait a week for my own money wtf

Couldn’t have asked for a better short stay hotel.
Pros:

Cleanliness and how the staff treats their guests. With the snowstorm we just had in Harrisburg. The kitchen here was definitely a plus for food. Everything was amazing.

Cons:

Cant name anything I didn’t like.
