The morning staff and the breakfast team was great. The checkout was smooth, and the breakfast staff went above and beyond as it relates to explaining everything and timely service. They did offer wake up phone service.
The night welcome staff were dismissive and unattentive. I wish that they would have been attentive to the communications that I was delivering. Even though there's was issues arriving to the hotel, I maintained a professional and approachable demeaner and the front desk staff did not return that energy. As someone with an ADA device (I wear hearing aids, and let them know I couldn't understand everything they were saying), at no point was I offered or asked if I was interested in an ADA room for the night. Not required but would have been nice customer service. While the room was clean, the layout and access to charging locations was underwhelming. Nothing was actually close to the bed so that I could sit my charging items near the bed. I had to sit my items on the floor to charge overnight (including my hearing aids) and the only other charging outlet was located on the opposite side of teh room. Additionally the phone was not near the bed to trying to answer the wake up call was not pleasant.

Staff was great. Had to change rooms because air/heat didn’t work. Then in new room there were someone’s used contacts on the nightstand and lamp Breakfast was not good
There was a lot to appreciate about this stay, particularly the overall ambience and the panoramic hillside view provided by the wide windows and mature trees. The breakfast was tasty and convenient, and the hospitality in the lobby made for a very welcoming arrival.
While the property is excellent, the housekeeping standards are concerning. Leaving bed sheets in the hallways on the floor, is a major sanitary lapse. For a hotel at this level, I expected much stricter hygiene protocols to prevent the spread of germs and cross-contamination.
