piss poor management of security deposit . shouldn't take a week to get what's urs back

250 dollar required securities deposit that takes up to a week to get returned . to u . every other place as soon as I walk out of hotel money is returned to me this place I gotta wait a week for my own money wtf

Couldn’t have asked for a better short stay hotel.
Pros:

Cleanliness and how the staff treats their guests. With the snowstorm we just had in Harrisburg. The kitchen here was definitely a plus for food. Everything was amazing.

Cons:

Cant name anything I didn’t like.

Pros:

When we got to our rooms we noticed the tv wasn’t working and when we turned it on it told us to call the front desk so we did we were told to unplug it and plug it back in that didn’t fix the problem so we called back down to the desk and the front desk representative rudely told us to hang on and they would figure it out and then hung up. We finally googled how to fix the tv because no one called back or came up to the room we did figure out on our own with the help of google how to fix it but no one ever checked in to see if we got it working. Also the elevators were down a lot of our stay and I would recommend lowering your deposit I find that $150 is a bit excessive and we’re told at check in that they just had a meeting about it being so high and that they were debating on lowering it but that probably wasn’t going to happen

Cons:

I don’t think the way our problem with the tv was handled in a professional manor and no one even checked in to see if our problem was fixed.

This was a very nice hotel that met our needs for the short time we needed it! Very clean & quiet!
Pros:

It was clean, quiet and just what we needed to lay our heads for the women's conference we were attending. The only negative is we only had 2 large towels and there were 4 booked to stay in the room!

Cons:

We had the room book with 4 ladies for the night and there were only 2 large towels in the bathroom!

Not staying again bc although the place was clean and staff was nice I could not sleep.
Pros:

Breakfast was done too early

Cons:

The bed was hard as a rock! And the walls to my room were so thin my neighbor sounded like he was coughing in the same room as me. Kept me awake all night.
