Lekker hotel, met lekker ontbijt op toplocatie!
Pros:

Locatie is top. Alles is goed, maar niet heel luxe. Dat hoeft ook niet. Je komt voor de stad, niet voor het hotel.

Handige ligging tussen station en ons vertrekpunt (Nationale Bank) op verdere reis.
Pros:

Goede matras en hoofdkussen.
Koffie/thee faciliteiten op de kamer.

Cons:

Personeel was onvriendelijk en weinig (of niet) behulpzaam. We werden eerst genegeerd toen we problemen hadden met de betaling van drankjes aan de "open bar", moesten zelf om hulp vragen en dan reageerden beide receptionisten (mannelijke) erg onvriendelijk.
We sukkelden met de bagage door de draaideur, de 2 mannelijke receptionisten bleven gewoon toekijken zonder ons te komen helpen.
Viel ook tegen: niemand sprak er 1 woord Nederlands! Geen enkele van de 4 receptionisten. Hun Engels was moeilijk verstaanbaar want ze spraken het niet goed. In Brussel moet het receptiepersoneel, in zo'n hotel met standing, toch minstens een basiskennis NL beheersen. Dit is de landstaal van heel veel Belgen! Hierover ben ik absoluut ontevreden. Men deed zelfs geen poging om NL te praten! Dit is een reden om hier niet meer te boeken.

Városnézéshez kiindulópontnak jó választás, kényelmes néhány apró hiányosság mellett. Ajánlom
Pros:

Nagyon jó lokáció Brüsszel felfedezéséhez. Közel a Brüsszel Central pályaudvar és néhány lépés az óváros. Kellemes fogadtatást kaptunk, hangulatos a belső tér. Egyetemista gyerekeink felfedezték, ha nem kérnek takarítást, helyette italkupont kínál a szálloda, ( dobozos sör vagy üdítő) persze ez tetszett nekik. Rengeteg brunch-ozó, kávézó, söröző és egyéb étkezési lehetőség a szálloda körül, alig lehet választani. Most nem kértünk reggelit de Amsterdamban és Berlinben az NH hoteleknek nagyon jó a reggeli kínálata tapasztalataink alapján, ahogyan láttuk, itt is bőséges, finom a kínálat. A recepción gyümölcskosár. Összességében szívesen választanám ismét, de néhány apróságot külön kérnék.

Cons:

A szoba tágas, külön belépő rész is van. A wc külön helyiségben. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes, az ágynemű kifogástalan volt. Kávé, tea bekészítés is kellemes. A fürdőszoba ugyan tágas de nincs benne elegendő rakodó hely. A mosdó csak szabadon függ a falon de nincs pult ahová egy piperetáskát letehettünk volna. Felette van egy keskeny kis polc de az kevés. A fali kis piperetükör használhatatlan volt, mivel a laza csavarozás miatt elfordult, a fali zsebkendő tartó is leesik, cserére szorulna ( 506-os szoba) A berendezés, burkolatok már felújításra szorulnának. A légkondícionáló rettentő régi, gyakorlatilag szinte használhatatlan, sem nem fűtött, sem nem hűtött, cserére szorulna de legalább egy nagy generálra. Hiányzott nekünk a bőröndtartó pad ( mi szeretjük, hogy nem kell a padlóig lehajolni) és a szobapapucsot is külön kellett kérnünk mert a padló hideg volt. Eddig mindegyik NH hotelben be volt készítve. A szoba ajtaja szorult, így nagyon hangos volt sajnos ahogyan becsuktuk. Javításra szorul. 2 szobát foglaltunk és lehetőség szerint közel kértük de végül 2 emelettel feljebb kaptak a gyerekeink. Persze ez nem volt nagy gond.

The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant, the hotel location was unbelievable, super central a 6 minute from Brussels central station and the same for the main attractions of the city

buena ubicación cerca del ferrocarril, metro y la Grand Place, buen tamaño del dormitorio cómodo, buena cama, y buen baño. En la recepción muy amables

La maquina de café y el hervidor tenían problemas en el enchufe. no siempre funcionaron bien. Agua embotellada solo la dejaron el primer día
