Pros:

Lo mejor de este hotel definitivamente es la ubicación o sea la ubicación le perdona todo

Cons:

No sé qué pasa con los nh dicen que son 4 estrellas pero no parece y si cobran por eso !! Estaba lleno de polvo está bien que cuiden el medio ambiente pero no que descuiden al borde de lo sucio ! No nos gustó por eso !!

Good ..but hotel need to update fixtures & fittings

Clean, , safe , in a good location

Cons:

Box safe was secure but not fixed
On a shelf 15cm from the floor
I am 70 & cannot lie down on a floor to operate this !
Dated plug sockets & NO HDMI fittings !

La luce nella notte e la vecchiaia della stanza
Pros:

- il boiler in stanza con nota di merito: era perfettamente pulito
- la bottiglia d'acqua in vetro di cortesia
- staff molto cortese
- il materasso estremamente comodo

Cons:

- nei paesi nordici non hanno il concetto di oscurare le stanze per la notte ma qui si esagera e le tende erano largamente insufficienti a garantire un minimo di scuro. Considerando che a Giugno l'alba è alle 5.30 nella stanza arriva la piena luce molto presto a svegliare.

- è una stanza vecchia sicuramente da rinnovare. Il tavolino era rotto e segnato malamente in più parti, gli stipiti in giro per la stanza mancanti di vari pezzi. Non mi aspettavo simile sciatteria in una catena di questo tipo.

- la colazione ha un prezzo eccessivamente elevato

- la doccia all'interno della vasca è scomoda

Pros:

The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Grand Place. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. One small thing to note is that the toilet is separate from the bathroom, which can be a little confusing at first. Other than that, everything was great. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

Excelente estadía en una ubicación perfecta
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. Muy cerca de la Grand Place y de los principales puntos turísticos de la ciudad. La habitación era cómoda y limpia. El desayuno estaba muy bien y la atención de todo el personal fue estupenda.

Cons:

El baño nos resultó un poco pequeño.
