When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Despite all this, the hotel was well above average and recommendable.
Pros:

The hotel is great as a location. Very close by walking to the popular places. The hotel staff, particularly the receptionists, were really helpful and kind. The breakfast is also nice and has variety.

Cons:

The elevator is not enough and really small. The room gets dusty every day. The floors need to be wiped with a wet cloth or something else when cleaning. And the last one is noisy for 4 suite room. Becos the room faced the street. And the windows are not enough to stop the noise.

Bardzo polecam na weekendowe wypady. Następnym razem zdecydujemy się na ten hotel ale bez śniadań.
Pros:

Lokalizacja. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, milutka pościel, ciekawe pokoje we włoskim stylu i welcome Box dla pieska :)

Śniadania, obsługa w restauracji i winda (mała, wolna i niebezpieczna)

Niezły hotel w doskonałym miejscu. Trzeba pilnować szczegółów rezerwacji.
Pros:

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko fontanny Di trevi jednak na tyle daleko (ok 70 m) że było cicho i spokojnie.

Cons:

Ze względów rodzinnych chciałem odwołać pobyt i wysłałem do hotelu prośbę o anulowanie pobytu i zwrot pieniędzy. Nie dostałem żadnej odpowiedzi. Aby nie stracić pieniędzy pojechałem z innym członkiem rodziny po przebukowaniu biletów lotniczych a na miejscu okazało się, że się nas nie spodziewano i zarezerwowany pokój sprzedali innym turystom. Dostaliśmy pokój chyba jakiś awaryjny z malutkim oknem w przedsionku i dopiero po "aktywnej interwencji" i krótkiej acz intensywnej wymianie zdań dostaliśmy inny pokój. Nie wymagałem zwrotu pieniędzy i odwołania pobytu - zapytałem czy to możliwe. Skoro nie dostałem żadnej odpowiedzi - przyjechałem. Poprosiłem nawet moją włoską przyjaciółkę o interwencję telefoniczną w sprawie odpowiedzi na maila -też bez odpowiedzi. To co mnie zaskoczyło to ich pewność, że nie przyjadę... To wg mnie nie jest fair... Po tym incydencie jednak reszta pobytu oraz obsługa bardzo dobra. Byłem tam kolejny raz, być może będę ponownie, ale ostrożność ze mną pozostanie.

מיטות לא נוחות, מזגן רועש, המלון כולו לא עבר שיפוץ זמן רב ואם כן זה לא נראה כך.
הזמנתי חדר ל-3 מבוגרים. אחת המיטות הייתה מיטה מתקפלת. לא מה שציפיתי ביחס למחיר ששולם.

El personal es muy amable. Y el hotel está muy bien ubicado en la Zona clásica de Roma, pegando a La Fontana de Trevi, pero sin el agobio y el gentío de ésta.

Cons:

La habitación que nos dieron el primer día, en una planta baja interior, y con ruido de un extractor a la noche que dificultó el descanso.

Okay for a short stay if you want to be centrally located

The location is just GREAT ... just 2 minutes form the Trevi fountain and 5 minutes from Piazza Barberini... we walked everywhere
Good breakfast with enough options, not too many variations but okay for a four night's stay.

Cons:

Upon check-in we we're assigned a room in an older part of the building (we assume) that was really dusty.
We asked for it to be re-cleaned and that was accomodated and they nice staff offered to move us to a nicer and bigger room the next day which was really pleasant. I really wanted to go to the sauna after a long day's walk, but this was only included in the price for the loyalty members .. this was not mentioned at all upon booking and I refuse to pay extra for an amenity that in my opinion should be available for all guest at no additional costs after paying Eur 200 per night per room.
