Rude staff
Pros:

Location, free breakfast, pool open late.

Cons:

Staff was extremely rude and un accommodating. I booked weeks in advance. Drove from Michigan, 14 hours with 4 kids, called 2 weeks in advance to check in early. Lady said no problem check in at 12. We got there a little before and our rooms weren’t available. We had to sit for 3 hours to get into our room.

We love the staff and the coffee! The beds and pillows are very comfortable to sleep.

Caulking needs to be completed in every corner
Mold on lamp shade along with an inch of dust
Moldy carpets and air conditioner needs a filter change. Stains on comforter.

Pros:

The price was initially good, but after hearing from the employees how bad it was it turned out not to be a good price since we had to book a 2nd hotel for the 2nd night.

Cons:

We booked 2 nights for our employees, but they only stayed 1 night because they felt unsafe and rooms were clean. Police were patrolling the hotel. One of the two rooms had a door that would not lock. Staff did move the employee, but this was another inconvenience. We contracted Booking.com the first morning and communicated this. Asked to get a refund for the 2nd night (we booked them somewhere else). Booking.com was unable to make contact with the hotel. I was also unable to make contact.

Horrible dont stay
Pros:

The price looked like a steal. But it was not.

Cons:

I didnt like having a dirty diaper and soiled pants in my room. I didnt like having ants in my bed and room. I didnt enjoy the traffic and construction outside.

Will never go back!
Pros:

Not one thing,,, it was the only room left in town!!

Cons:

We got the only room left in town, it was a pet room 😖. It actually needed an air conditioner and a dehumidifier that filled up 3 times and who had to empty it? When we got there again at 12 and 4am? It smelled so bad when we went to the front desk to complain the front desk lady gave us a whole can of freeze and said there was nothing else she could do. Needless to say we got there then hunted down the housekeeper got all new sheets,that we changed ourselves, had a private contractor show us how to empty the dehumidifier, it smelled like 100 wet dogs were laying in that room for a year. It was so bad we actually left looked for somewhere else and when out of luck only went back long enough to sleep then got up extra early to get out of there. We actually thought of sleeping in the bed of our truck. It was the Worst place we have ever stayed, I will never forget this place!
