The hotel is always clean and the staff is always so nice. We like staying with Hilton because of the point perks and consistency of good service. We also like it when there is an in house restaurant so we don't have to go out after a stressful day of travel.
We were especially blessed by our waitress at breakfast, her name is Natalie. She was a ray of sunshine and we believe everything tasted better because of the love she served us with. We would come back to this facility just to be blessed by her again. Not kidding, she is the sweetest, most attentive and helpful waitress we have ever had. Hilton, don't loose her!
I just wanted to say shout out to Zamorah and Antonia. They helped resolve every issue I had and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Amazing stay, I will definitely be back!
To the person who hired Natalie good Job! well deserved. It was busy and she still talked and took care of us like we were the only couple there. She Makes you feel like VIP . We got breakfast and a show with her and telling her jokes. Good way to start the day. Will Come back just to see her! Bravo!

My wife and I recently stayed again at the Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh-Durham/Research Triangle Park in Durham, North Carolina, and once again we had an excellent experience.
We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, and it has become one of our preferred places to stay whenever we are in the area. As someone who uses a wheelchair, accessible travel can sometimes present challenges. Securing a room with a properly designed roll-in shower is essential, and it can occasionally be stressful when availability is uncertain.
When attempting to book through the app, no accessible rooms were showing as available. On a whim, I decided to call the hotel directly, and I am very glad I did. The General Manager, Janie, answered the phone herself and greeted me with genuine warmth and Southern hospitality.
There is one particular accessible room at this property that works especially well for my needs, and it is the room we always hope to reserve when visiting. When Janie checked its status, she discovered that it was temporarily out of service due to an issue with the air conditioner. However, when we arrived at the hotel later that day, she informed us that she had already arranged for maintenance to work on the issue and believed the room could be ready within the hour.
We were absolutely thrilled. We stepped out to grab a quick bite to eat, and when we returned shortly afterward, our favorite room was ready for us.
For travelers with mobility disabilities, familiarity and reliability in an ADA-accessible room can make a tremendous difference. Janie clearly understood that, and she went above and beyond to make sure we could stay in the room that works best for us.
Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for her guests are truly commendable. Experiences like this are exactly why we continue to return to this hotel year after year.

My experience with some of the staff members, especially Valerie in dining every morning and Janie, the general manager! Valerie was so accommodating, professional and expeditious so we could get to our event! She had the best demeanor and made us feel very welcome!! We’ll definitely book here again if we’re in the area!!

I travel here often for work and every time I come here the staff is really friendly. Natalie is always there to greet me with a big smile in the mornings when I get my coffee, Mr. James the cook is great, and Teressa is always great to talk to at the bar! Every time I’ve stayed has been great!
I can’t say enough good about my experience here at this Hilton Garden Inn! I am especially impressed with Natalie our waitress every morning and evening. She went above and beyond in taking care of our each other name and had the most pleasant demeanor. She set our day right! He would definitely come back and stay here again. Not up to Hilton standards. Room was dim at 10 foot candles. Sink in bath cracked and counter top stained. Stains on carpet. HVAC was inconsistent. Only 2 floors have ice-makers. At check out i notified the young lady staffing the front desk that dripping water onto the outside window was quite loud and should be checked out as it awoke me several times at night. She did not acknowledge this nor even say something to the effect of “sorry to hear of your experience”!
I absolutely loved our stay here! It had everything we needed from location, cleanliness, friendly staff and so quiet. The front desk staff greeted us everytime we walked by along with the manager providing some great food recommendations. Definitely will stay here again!
My wife and I stayed here the recently. Hotel was extremely clean and everyone was very helpful. Room was quiet, so we were able to good a night of sleep! I was in the lobby and I met Janie. She was so friendly and gave us some recommendations for dinner. Will stay at this location every time that I come to this area.
