Will never revisit.
Pros:

The pool was nice however it was so very cold. The desk staff were friendly.

Cons:

The rooms were dirty the sheets were dingy. The smell of the cleaner that was used was equally offensive as the rooms smell.

How convenient it was from the freeway

Cons:

The bathroom door in our room 210 was so loud opening and closing it woke you up in the middle of the night if you have other people or kids with you and they use the bathroom..
The food wasn't good and the bacon was so crispy it wasn't necessarily burnt but it disintegrated when taking a bite. The gravy for the biscuits and gravy was so watered down. The milk was expired it was the 7th and the milk expired on the 5th of Aug..
the staff at the front desk seemed ok.( Guy) He seemed to be on his phone every time I went down by the front desk. Sorry but wearing a hat backwards and pants a little below the waist like sagging isn't a great look for the hotel

Pros:

The location was fine. We never stayed. We checked in and then checked out.

Cons:

It was dirty, the staff were unfriendly barely spoke to us, there was a used deodorant, cap underneath the couch. The bed had a stain on it.

Forgettable, luckily.
Pros:

Pool was fun for my kids and location was great.

Cons:

When we originally checked in, we walked into our room and the room hadn’t yet been turned over. When we arrived back at the check in counter there was no one at the counter so we had to call a separate number to get someone to get us a new room. Overall check in took close to 30 minutes. Pieces of the room were crumbling and coming off the walls.

Check out other hotels nearby, I did for my next visit to Walla Walla. Will not recommend hotel!!!

Cons:

Room was to be on main floor. Ended up 3rd floor. Large water puddle on the main floor middle exit. Alot of water, had to let check-in counter person know about this or it would not have been taken care of. Someone could have been hurt very badly. The front person did get on it right away to clean it up
Manager was not accommodating!!

Pros:

The property was quiet and in a spectacular location for walking to downtown. We stayed for almost a week as a family of four and felt quite at home there. More-than-adequate free WiFi helped us get on our feet after an international move, too. Plus, we all love a waffle, and so we got to enjoy waffles at breakfast every morning.

Cons:

The breakfast variety was lacking - switching between sausage and bacon was the only noticable change each morning. Many times items were out of stock and there wasn't someone around to ask/restock. There was frequently nobody at the desk/lobby when we were coming and going frequently.
