would stay elswhere next time
Pros:

didnt have breakfast

Cons:

no explanation of how to engage the shower- when I asked at the desk - "its a Moen"
I dont know what a Moen is.

Also no pllug so one could take a bath - answer "thats why we have a Hot tub i by the pool'

Very aggressive owner
Pros:

The owner came into the pool because we were making waves for our kids and proceeded to cuss us out infant of our 6 and 3 years old. Never gave us a "hey could you you guys stop" or anything just strait to calling us "stupid fat white people".

Cons:

Nothing the whole motel has a very bad smell

Just what we needed!
Pros:

The hotel was clean, staff were very nice and helpful, and this was a good option close to downtown Walla Walla.

Cons:

The facility is a little dated and could use a few upgrades but overall it was just what we needed for an overnight stay. Staff were very nice and helpful.

staff was friendly & very help for & set us up for a handy cap room for my mom

Cons:

location was perfect to get to the hospital, friendly staff, nice rooms, breakfast was cold but was able to heat up in our room.

Decent; nothing special.
Pros:

Great location on the edge of downtown. Parking is good. Staff is friendly. Facility is clean.

Cons:

Breakfast is provided until 9:00am. At 8:15 most of the serving dishes were empty and no effort was made to replenish the food. The decaf coffee was lukewarm - maybe filled first thing in the morning but not monitored. We ended up going out for breakfast. We stayed here a couple of years ago and that experience was much better.

It was a nice place to stay with my grandson. He loved the pool!
Pros:

Good breakfast, nice pool beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Hot tub doesn't get very hot, luke warm. They don't have coffee all day in the lobby, kitchen area. Only the pods they give you in your rooms.

There was a large rip in the carpet that I kept tripping over. No extra chair in the room, and the bathroom floor was sticky. Didn't look like the swept or mopped it in awhile
