Pros:

it was good experience with CLLIX first time, only thing that bothers me was parking charges too much lol its my perspective. when we walked in apartment it wasn't clean that much as expected we can see on the floor, maybe someone did the job too quick, never mind we had clean anyway. staff was good with detail info.
I have noticed few of the ppl get their mates in the evening when reception was closed, not sure it's safe or not but...

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay! Our only complaint is the clogged sink in the bathroom.
The roof top views were amazing. We ended up having a bbq :)

Pros:

Room was good except for us being older there wasn’t anywhere very comfortable to sit. Two bar stools and two sling back chairs low to the ground. Even the balcony furniture was low.

Terrific apartment - nice and comfy with all amenities. Great location. As close to a negative that we could think of were:

1. Carparking - it's easy to get lost amongst the various levels and towers and the lifts.
2. Sauna - is a dry sauna which is not as good as a steam or wet type.
3. The door threshold to/from the bathrooms has a high step that we thought was dangerous (trip hazard, stub your toe). We notified the management and recent a response that it would be investigated.

The rooms etc are excellent, the only issue we had that the sound proofing could be better, we had a problem with the local building works pile driving very early in the morning, I do think that the Cllix staff should make guests aware of the possibility of early morning disturbances. We were moved to block 3 from block 2 but the noise was still an issue, we cancelled the second leg of our holiday in Brisbane one & went to another
Apartment complex.

Overpriced and poor communication on carparking
Pros:

Significantly overpriced for what you recieve.
-Upgraded my room to get parking to find out on checkin that I still need to pay for parking because I booked through a third party. So wasted more money.
- Finding checkin was a nightmare and poorly signposted.
-Once inside the building, it's still confusing to navigate.
-They make you take your rubbish with you or you get fined - That's lazy cleaning. Rooms feel dirty and need a good paint.
-Cupboards weren't cleaned and king bed is a lie.
-The beds and pillows are terrible quality and 2 singles jammed together that you fall into the cracks of - That's not a king bed.
- View's arent anything great. You're looking at industrial factories
- pool is smaller than photos make you believe.
- intercom call at 6:54am for some strange reason. Person said hi and nothing else. Woke me up unnecessarily on a day I wanted to sleep in.

Bad: No table for eating in the room. Every morning the room is filled with cooking smells from other apartments in the building. I arrived late for two nights and.no refund for these two nights.

Pros:

What let the apartment down was the mattress and pillows...did not suit. Pillows too high and mattress too springy and could feel the other side when moved.
Like the location and could use the washing machine and dryer.
