Pros:

The hotel was in a perfect location. We were only in Milan for one night so it was ideal to be so central. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Someone even noticed us pulling up and came to get our cases out of the taxi. The room was spacious and comfortable with good air conditioning.

Cons:

It was expensive but it was worth the price to be so central. We didn't have breakfast as it wasn't included and it was expensive so we just went out instead. We didn't use the rooftop bar because of the minimum spend rule.

السكن جميل لكن يحتاج إلى تحديث بعض الأثاث خصوصا التي فيزالاستقبال لأنها متسخة جدا

الفندق جميل من حيث الموقع ، والإفطار جميل ومتنوع رغم أني من متبعي نظام الطيبات إلا أنني وجدت فيه مايناسبني

Cons:

الأثاث قديم ، وايضاً حصل موقف أنني اخطات في طريقة الحجز. حيث حجزت غرفتين لليلتين ودفعت مبلغها مسبقا ولم انتبه إلى عددنا حيث أننا نتكون من زوج وزوجة وبنت وابن وطفلة يعني خمسة أشخاص رفض الفندق إسكاننا إلا بالحصول على غرفة ثالثة مما دفعني لأخذ غرفة ثالثة برسوم عالية جدا حاولت كل الحلول. إلا أن رده يقول راجع بوكنغ طبعا هذا الكلام الساعة 12 منتصف الليل حاولت التواصل مع بوكنغ لعلاج وحل المشكلة إلا أنني فشلت
