Кондиционер , его невозможно отрегулировать непосредственно в номере, останавливалась в этом отеле три раза и это было проблемой, летом очень холодно в номере, зимой жарко.
Die gute Lage
Winziges Zimmer obwohl wir eine Suite gebucht haben. Toilette defekt, Lichtschalter schmutzig, unfassbar laute Klimaanlage die man selbst nicht abschalten. Alles war alt und sehr abgenutzt.

Our room was located on the street side, and you can hear the trams go by. If you're a heavy sleeper, you may not hear anything — I'm a light sleeper, so I could hear it, and it bothered me.
Breakfast was so so, omelette was for an extra charge 😳
Absolutely excellent location. Very central and could walk where we wanted to go. Rooftop Bar and restaurant was fun and the service was good. Will definitely return.
Breakfast was ok but not brilliant. Coffee at breakfast not the best but overall that is being hyper critical.

We took cold showers in the morning. There was no hot water.

Fikk rommet til 13.00,fikk då 2 telefoner fra resepsjonen om at jeg skulle være ute til 12.00. ingen som snakket sammen der tydeligvis!

WE WERE IN THEIR TOP Restaurant on the 10 floor and went in for dinner it is an expensive and smart place, but after sitting down no one approached us with a menu or for a drink of water. This happened all the way through the evening no staff to support the indoors as everyone was focused on looking after all clients outside. I was going to send an email to the mangement to say they should have one person to keep an eye out for all the indoor clients. But have not had the time or energy to do that yet

מה שקלקל מאוד את החוויה זה תחנת רכבת עירונית מתחת לחלון שבליל יום א גרמה לרעש בלתי פוסק של רכבות יוצאות. מי שמגיע למלון שיבקש חדר בקומה גבוהה ולא מעל התחנה.
