The fan was very loud. I asked the receptionist to to stop it. They could do nothing. I couldn’t sleep for 2 nights. Were not able to change the room. I paid 1200€/2 nights and couldn’t sleep.

מלון מצויין, קיבלנו חדר משופץ כמו חדש, מיקום מצויין.
Pros:

מלון מצויין, נורא נהננו, חוזרים לשם שוב ושוב. פקידת הקבלה בבוקר העזיבה היתה אישה לא נעימה, אבל חוץ מזה הכל היה מצויין.

Camera vecchia , scarsa pulizia , scarsa discrezione da parte del personale ( non esiste staff o manutenzione entrino nella stanza con ospiti all’interno senza consenso )

Lo mas impresionante su desayuno su ubicación la terraza espectacular con un restaurante soñado, la comida excelente
El hotel es hermoso por donde lo mires imponente y una ubicación soñada a 400 ms del Duomo de Milán
