Kun ærgerligt at der på simple forespørgsler/ønsker inden ankomst gives uanvendelige standardsvar om, at man vil forsøge at prioritere disse, men at man ikke kan love noget og at man må se på dagen ved ankomst. Í vores tilfælde havde min datter og jeg et ønske om separate senge i stedet for en dobbeltseng. Dette kunne man ikke svare på, hvorfor vi var tæt på at aflyse. Det skal dog siges, at der VAR separate senge ved ankomst.

Muy buen hotel para visitar Milan

La atención del personal, el excelente desayuno, la habitación

Cons:

Nos tendieron la cama sin poner almohadones y pie de cama que quedaron tirados.
No funcionaban bien los dispensers del baño, el del shampoo directamente NO funcionaba. Lo dejé afuera y no lo cambiaron. Al siguiente día lo llevé a recepción para que lo cambiaran y tampoco lo hicieron. Quedó sin tapa...
Tampoco nos dejaron jabón en pan. Problemas de amenities... Deben tener mejor control en las habitaciones

Séjour globalement satisfaisant mais quelques points négatifs qui font qu’on n’y reviendra sans doute pas
Pros:

L’emplacement proche du centre ville, l’amabilité et efficacité du personnel à la réception. La terrasse au 10 ième étage , très agréable pour prendre l’apéro.

Cons:

Le bruit de la rue, avec des tramway qui passent
bruyamment chaque 5 minutes jusque tard le soir. L’impossibilité de régler la température de la chambre, d’autant plus que les fenêtres doivent rester fermées à cause du bruit. Petit déjeuner avec large choix mais avec des produits industriels de qualité moyenne ( jus, fromage, pain, …). Regrettable surtout qu’il n’y avait pas de bons pains frais.
