Exceptional stay … would highly recommend.
Pros:

Dimitri was so helpful and welcoming. He really went the extra mile and his customer service was exceptional. The ladies at breakfast were so friendly and helpful too, as were the two members of staff being trained at reception. I don’t think I’ve ever come across such a lovely team … they are an absolute credit to the organisation they work for.

Cons:

Nothing … couldn’t have asked for more.
