quite enjoyable
Pros:

The facilities (gym and swimming pool) are great. The room and beds are comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel is in the middle of renovation and my friends on second floor heard all the renovation in the morning. I wish there is more open sitting area so we can meet with friends to chat. There is some good outdoor sitting area but it is too cold to be used in March.

Money taken at reception from my debit card not owed.
Pros:

The bed rooms and general facilities were nice and clean

Cons:

I have an outstanding supplementary charge to my debit card which I do not owe. I only noticed having left the Park Ridge hotel and called from the airport on my journey home. The manner and service experienced was appalling. I received no explanation. The amount was €174 . I will continue to pursue the refund but travellers beware you are not scammed!

Comfortable and convenient location
Pros:

Good location close to shopping at Montvale and Wagmen’s supermarket, nice staff and next door access to Life GYM ( the best if you did not see it)

Cons:

Cramped a little, some function on the weekend
So little busy fir breakfast and at night but all fun

Great stay - Clean and quiet room
Pros:

Stayed on the 4th Floor. It was clean and quiet. Concierge lounge could be better if there was more variety of drinks and snacks

Pros:

We were given a room a mile from the elevator at the end of two turns. They did change our room when we complained.

Wonderful family stay for area sports event!!
Pros:

My husband and I spent one night at this hotel along with our daughter and her family as we all visited the area for a gymnastics tournament. What a fun time we had!!! Despite being under construction, we thoroughly enjoyed all that this hotel has to offer!! It happened to be our 8 year old twins’ birthday weekend and the staff made it so special with free goodies from the little on-site store:) Always free bottled water is a nice perk!! We all ate dinner at the hotel restaurant- food was good to great!! The Cobb Salad was fresh, large and delicious. Kids menu included many items- Mac & cheese, grilled cheese, burgers, chicken tenders (great selection). Breakfast buffet was free for 2 people per room BUT hotel included all 4 kids free too, celebrating a birthday!!! Super breakfast- probably BEST free breakfast buffet that we have had!! We frequently stay at Hampton Inn and this buffet was markedly better:) Front desk staff was SO accommodating and just plain NICE- thank you!!! Great pool; clean, quiet and comfortable rooms!!! Wonderful stay!!!

Close to home, clean, quiet mostly

Cons:

All good but lobby under construction and we had a view of construction so prefer not under construction obviously. Prefer to have access to HBO free
