Pretty much everything the rooms were old and out dated and smelled weird and I was very unhappy I want someone to contact me about my stay because this was absolutely insane

Clean and great pool

Cons:

We were attending an event and needed two rooms for our family of six. Unfortunately, I was unable to book through the event link because it did not accommodate our reservation needs.
After multiple phone calls and several promises that the person responsible would contact me, I never received a response.
In the end, I had to make the reservation through Booking and ended up paying about $100 more per room than the event rate. This was very frustrating and disappointing.

Cons:

Conditioner was gone - we asked for more, staff said "right away" - no show (or conditioner)
A little too pricey
AC was not consistent. Thermostat didn't seem to work as it should have.

Use another hotel property if you want free parking, free breakfast.

That we were charged for parking. That we were charged for a minimal breakfast at $23 per person and the buffet was not replenished after another party was there dining with their families. Our check-in was dissappointing since we were there for a wedding. Our wedding welcome bag had to be identified by the last name of the bride and groom. I indicated the name of the bride and groom and date of wedding and the venue at All seasons. I shouldn't have to beg for the welcome bags.

Very enjoyable!
Pros:

We've stayed here before and like the lsurrounding ocation and the hotel itself.

Cons:

The only thing that isn't up to the other standards of the hotel is the bed matress......it needs to be replaced!

Lovely property and the beds were wonderful!!
Cons:

Our second day/night was filled with Girl Scouts in and out of their rooms. I wish parents would have kept their enthusiastic girls inside their rooms.

Met my expectations.
Pros:

The bed in our room and pillows were comfortable. Late checkout was nice.

Cons:

The staff were not overly friendly. Also paying $18-21 for a breakfast buffet when you paid $180 a night is ridiculous.
