Terrible experience, avoid staying here.

Cons:

No parking, no parking near the hotel at all. Walk through the mall to park your car. If you’re disabled or old don’t even think about booking here. Room was old and dingy, smelled very stale. Sheets were stained, shower had pink mould from it not being cleaned properly. Their room cleaning service is abysmal at best. If you’re paying for a hotel room you absolutely should be getting it tidied daily. Garbage removed and beds made, towels that have been used removed and replaced. I understood I had to pay a pet fee but that was also inflated compared to others in the area. Once I paid the pet fee, the $35 parking fee and the price of the room I would have been better to stay at a higher quality hotel WITH actual parking.

Older style hotel with big rooms and centrally located. Initially, the parking setup is tricky.
Pros:

Sometimes an older property has its benefits. The room was large, there was a bath and although it was very central, within walking distance to all attractions. it was extremely quiet (I was facing the back)

Cons:

The main issue is that it is on a busy road with barely enough room for 4 cars to check in - so if its is full, you are stuck. There is a parking arrangement in the shopping complex on the other side of the street, so once that is established (and how to get there) it is quite convenient.
To get to the parking, you exit the back of the lobby and walk left for about 100 yards. You then take an elevator up one floor, at which point the walkway above the road is visible. Once you cross it and reach the shopping centre, you need to go straight across and then a few yards to the right (I think there was an optometrist and tailor). There you find the elevator to go to the 4th green floor, where the car can be parked. Note that when you come to park the car, the street level is much higher (due to the incline) and the 4th green floor is actually the level you enter on.

The lobby can get quite busy with all the check-ins

It was very basic. Great location.
Cons:

No housekeeping and a Murphy bed instead of a regular bed. Old carpeting.no bath supplies
