Loved the location of this hotel and that an early checkin request was able to be accommodated.

Cons:

​Overall, we enjoyed our time catching up as a group of four friends, but we were disappointed by several aspects of our stay at this property.
​Upon arrival, the check-in experience felt unwelcoming and lacking in helpful information. Once in our room, we noticed that all the bedside tables and surfaces were noticeably sticky—so much so that a phone placed on the table actually stuck to it, requiring us to clean the surfaces ourselves. Additionally, the room fan was excessively loud and significantly disrupted our sleep throughout the night.
​We hope this feedback is helpful in improving the guest experience moving forward.

It was just good because of the location of the hotel that we were able to come out and walk around.
Pros:

The location was perfect

Cons:

The hotel was not valued the price we paid. There were mice in the restaurant TEMPO. For the rooms there were these tiny, black insects flying around, the vents in the bathroom were full of dust.

Big, comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Room was huge and comfortable. Great shower. Nice to have pool and restaurant. Fridge in room was handy.

Cons:

No headboard for bed in my room.

Won't stay there again, lots of better options

Central location

Cons:

Charged additional $30 for an upgrade. Being woken up at 5:45 am by the sound of gym rats throwing weights around for hours. Response from hotel staff? A shrug because not their gym, not so much as an apology

Great stay. I will be back.
Pros:

Great Location. You can walk anywhere. Pedway access. Close to waterfront boardwalk. Major bus stop across the street. Ferry Terminal with in walking distance.
