Beau, bon pas cher
Pros:

Emplacement parfait pour le centre-ville et à 2 pas de la station de bus pour se rendre à l'aéroport. Notre chambre a été payer de booking moins cher qu'au comptoir dernière minute. La chambre était prête à midi donc nous avons pu déposer nos valises. Lit confortables, nous sommes restés 24h alors c'était parfait pour un hotel pas cher dernière minute!

Cons:

Les chambres un peu vieilles mais sinon les lits sont tout de même confortables.

Nice, convenient, but needs a massive updating
Pros:

Location was great! Close to everything we needed.

Cons:

The first room we had selected, king suite, was awful. Dark, gloomy, outdated, old decor, small, depressing and just sad. We wanted to leave right away. However, one of the front desk agents saw how let down we were and upgraded us to a larger room that was more updated, still needs a facelift and brought up to date and more things added to the room like garbage cans in more areas and utensils, modernize the washrooms would be great also. Also the key lock kept failing so we had to constantly be going back to the lobby for new keys. We also had to call multiple times for towels and face cloths, with no one coming, so we went looking for them ourselves. Later towels did come. We were just so thankful that this young lady took it upon herself to help us out and made us feel More content.

Pros:

We had to change our dates at the very last minute, and even though it was a nonrefundable booking, the staff allowed us to make the change and were really easy to work with. We appreciate it so much. We'll be back!

It was ok. Not terrible. A bit overpriced for what you get I would say.
Pros:

Location was perfectly placed in downtown.

Cons:

Staff could be a bit more pleasant. Didn’t like the restriction of only able to get cleaning service after 3 days of stay. Staff could also be a bit more pleasant. The customer service and upkeep of the place wasn’t worth the cost.
