Déceptions !
Pros:

Près des attraits touristiques, du port, des restos, des services. Personnel agréable.

Cons:

- personnel ne parle pas français !
- surprise d apprendre sur place que le stationnement était payant, 20$ par jour !!
- 1re chambre offerte défraîchie, rideaux déchirés, vue sur mur de béton et toitures sales, sombre. Chambre de remplacement, vue sur port
- problème de ventilation, pas possible de l arrêter, fonctionne continuellement. Agressant !!!!
- complexe pour se rendre au stationnement intérieur... passe par centre d achats et couloirs
- carte désactivée par erreur pour notre 2e nuitée
- dejeuner non inclu. Bon dejeuner buffet a 20$ au resto de l hotel.

Perfect location to everything. Top of the line rooms.

Excellent location, comfy beds, amazing lobster roll from the restaurant, clean room. Great stay! Easy walk to all things on George Street or an easy drive to a grocery store.

Great location but needs a serious refurbishment
Pros:

Stayed here a few years back but may not again until a refurbishment is done. Old and tired room and even worse bathroom tub and shower. First impression also poor as the bed linens looked rather wrinkled. We found some hairs in the bathroom too. Wardrobe and fridge were good but no in room safe. We miss that. Room was large and needed different furniture to fill it up, old carpet looked nasty. Liked the hooks. Plugs good and AC good. Parking was easy and convenient, and the bar was very enjoyable to sit at for late night drinks.

Lage gut, Zimmer ok aber laut, kein Meerblick.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hafen entfernt. Das Personal beim Checkin war freundlich und kompetent, an der Sauberkeit des Zimmers gab es nichts zu beanstanden, auch wenn es recht einfach eingerichtet war.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick für rund 220 € gebucht. Was wir dafür bekamen, zeigt das Foto. Wohl gemerkt: es hat nicht geregnet, sondern das Fenster war einfach so dreckig. Das Hotel hat in Wahrheit auch überhaupt keine Zimmer mit „Meerblick“, der liegt gar nicht am Meer, sondern an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Auf unsere Nachfrage hin erklärte man uns, das habe schon seine Richtigkeit, wir hätten ein Meerblick-Zimmer. Zugegeben, wenn wir uns ganz in eine Ecke gequetscht und den Hals gereckt hätten, hätten wir über die Straße hinweg in der Ferne vielleicht etwas Wasser sehen können, aber dann auch wieder nicht, eben weil das Fenster so dreckig war. Danke dafür, kann man da nur sagen. Schlafen ging ohne Kopfhörer gar nicht, wegen des Lärms von der Straße und der völlig fehlenden Schallisolierung der Fenster.
