Cons:

Parking was ridiculous . We ended up paying 20.00 to get out of parking garage even though it should have been free. Had to wait for gate to be opened .

I keep coming back to the Delta - perfect location, extremely clean, outstanding staff.
Pros:

The booked room was for my spouse. He grew up in Saint John and flies home to see family and friends once or twice a yr. He always stays at the Delta.
He was given a complimentary upgrade to a larger king room upon checking in and very grateful for that.

Cons:

The bathrooms need renovating - I've said this before. They are very 1985.
1. very inadequate lighting
2. stone tile floors are always freezing cold.
3. my sink faucet was very loose and always moving around and the mount for the shower head ( moving it up and down, changing angle of spray ) was not working. The ability to tighten the washer holding it in a given position was stripped and dead.

Perfect place for your stay in Saint John NB
Pros:

We loved our stay at the Delta in Sain John NB. Eric and Angus were helpful, warm and welcoming right as we stepped out of the car. Robert at reception was impressively efficient (the hotel was packed due to a prom event with several clients in line). Robert was very kind and helpful. The hotel was very clean, rooms were very comfy and clean. Location is ideal in the city.

Cons:

We loved everything. The hotel is a little dated, but we found evwrything to be well maintained and very clean and staff is very welcoming and helpful.

Hotel was okay but nothing special.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, good breakfast with several choices, secure parking.

Cons:

They were doing construction in front so the sidewalk was closed. Getting from the parking garage to the hotel lobby and the elevator to our room was confusing at first. Breakfast was not included and was fairly expensive. The area around the hotel did not have anything worth seeing. There were numerous homeless people everywhere we went and several approached us asking for money. I would not stay downtown again.
