Un super séjour proche de toutes le commodites ! De bons matelas pour dormir et un personnel accueillant

La piscine et le buffet de déjeuner et les excellents matelas pour dormir

Cons:

Il n y avait pas d eau chaude à la piscine pour la douche (2 jours) et nous avons été moyennement contents de la propreté à la piscine !

Pros:

La surface de la chambre.
l'amabilité sans faille du personnel à tous niveaux.
le buffet du petit déjeuner et ses serveurs au top.

Cons:

La moquette de la chambre (818) est un peu passée de temps, vielle.
un bar ouvert trop peu de temps
un espace confort trop juste à l'intersol

Pros:

L emplacement, à distance à pieds de la place des Arts et de McGill.
La propreté de l etablissement en general,
Le restaurant offre une carte variee et tres sympa. Delicieuse soupe du jour differente tous les soirs
Le personnel du restaurant, tres sympa, plein de bons conseils.

Cons:

Les lits sont un peu trop petits pour 2 personnes ( probablemenr 160cm)
Durant la nuit la chaudière se met en route à intervalle regulier et cela fait beaucoup de bruit
Pas assez de rangement pour 4 personnes

Well-priced hotel with great staff and wonderful location.
Pros:

Loved the pet policy. Staff was wonderful.

Cons:

The main lobby lounge area — in sort of a mezzanine up stairs and off the lobby, did not really allow for gathering or spending time.

Not bad with big room for improvement
Pros:

I did not get enough support upon arrival to early check in despite I did not mind to get it for extra charges . The justification was it’s not guaranteed as the rooms were completely sold out; I was expecting more support since I was flying a long distance from Dubai and I had to wait from 09:00 AM till 03:00pM until I was allowed to check in
