Pros:

L emplacement, à distance à pieds de la place des Arts et de McGill.
La propreté de l etablissement en general,
Le restaurant offre une carte variee et tres sympa. Delicieuse soupe du jour differente tous les soirs
Le personnel du restaurant, tres sympa, plein de bons conseils.

Cons:

Les lits sont un peu trop petits pour 2 personnes ( probablemenr 160cm)
Durant la nuit la chaudière se met en route à intervalle regulier et cela fait beaucoup de bruit
Pas assez de rangement pour 4 personnes

Well-priced hotel with great staff and wonderful location.
Pros:

Loved the pet policy. Staff was wonderful.

Cons:

The main lobby lounge area — in sort of a mezzanine up stairs and off the lobby, did not really allow for gathering or spending time.

Not bad with big room for improvement
Pros:

I did not get enough support upon arrival to early check in despite I did not mind to get it for extra charges . The justification was it’s not guaranteed as the rooms were completely sold out; I was expecting more support since I was flying a long distance from Dubai and I had to wait from 09:00 AM till 03:00pM until I was allowed to check in

Cleanliness was not up to Marriott standards

Even though I was in belief of two connected rooms with two double bed each and I got 1 but clean spacious and my kids loved it very friendly stuff .

Correct, sans être impressionnant
Pros:

Nous avions l'habitude d'aller à cet hotel pour des séjours touristiques ou des besoin hospitaliers dans le voisinage. La situation géographique était adéquate, les déjeuners bien au-delà de la qualité des chambres, excellent café latté et menu à la carte varié et savoureux (Latke et ratatouille entre autres). La chambre était propre, mais tristounette.

Cons:

L'hotel devient désuet, dans l'aspect déco, vieux tapis, minimum de produits tel que savon etc., fenêtres doubles pleine de givre, chambre froide et difficile à chauffer.

The beds are not comfy. My back got hurt more. No indoor shoes.

Cons:

The price I booked on the booking.com with the price I paid at the hotel is so different. Hotel charged me more than 60 cad without explaination. I tried to call the hotel but no one got my call. I am not happy with that.

Friendly, great location, clean, wonderful time!
Pros:

Staff was so friendly and very kind. The location is fabulous. Beds are very comfortable. Everything was very clean. Overall an amazing experience. Wonderful if you are attending the Montreal Jazz festival, easy four minutes to the venue.
