Kamer, erg basic voor een Hilton.
Bovendien zijn er momenteel bouwactiviteiten aan de overzijde wat overdag voor geluidsoverlast zorgt.
No diving board and breakfast not included. (angry face)
Very clean Hotel with very good amenities,
the room was spotless. the staff were very friendly and helpful when we arrived and when we had our parking issue.
Our bed was not very comfortable, it slopped to the middle and the parking was good except re entering the parking garage after leaving, our assigned card wouldn't work at the entrance to the parking garage, the people in front of us had the same issue.
L'emplacement
L'hotel a vraiment profiter du weekend du marathon pour gonfler les prix de manière très exagéré. Payer 450 $ / nuit + stationnent = 475 $ et en plus charger pour le Wifi !! c'est vraiment cheap en plus de ne pas avoir été accomodant pour le late check out.
Nous avons été servie à l’accueil par une perle malheureusement je ne me rappelle plus son nom mais elle parlait français. Elle nous a accommoder avec un petit lit supplémentaire dans notre chambre quand il restait plus autre chambre . Elle nous a aider quand tous les autres ne voyait pas comment nous aider . Grâce à elle nous avons eu un bon séjour ! Un gros merci !!!
Was very clean, the room was comfortable, and the position was perfect, a good compromise for the price!
The staff, was kind of cold and very detached.
The morning, I was late for the breakfast of 10 minutes ( I know was my fault) .after I apologized many time, some of them were very disturbingly annoyed to me, huffing and puffing, nonetheless one of them very not polite and sour.

L’employé à l’accueil ne nous a pas parlé en français même s’il voyait que nous étions francophones. Ses deux collègues pourtant parlaient un français impeccable. Décevant pour un hôtel dans la capitale fédérale d’un pays bilingue…

Emplacement, personnel, piscine
La quincaillerie de la porte de la salle de bain était abîmée, je suis demeurée coincée 30 minutes dans la salle de bain. J’étais sur le bord de la panique.
We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Garden Hotel! The hotel itself was beautifully kept, modern, and in a perfect location. The rooms were spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with excellent maid service throughout our stay.
The restaurant food was really good and the cocktails were amazing too. Every member of staff we came across was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating which made the experience even better.
The location was ideal — right near the Parliament Buildings and only a short walk to Ottawa’s main street with lots of great bars and restaurants nearby.
Only negative was the walls are quite thin & you can hear the people if they are loud enough in the next room! However, not a hotel issue as such. They can’t control the volume of the guests that book!
Overall, it was fair priced and excellent value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning!
I only liked the bed—nothing else
I really didn't like that the room was so dirty—there was a lot of dust—and that the toilet wouldn't flush, so I had to lift the lid and flush it manually. It was really gross.
The rooms were very nice. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
The breakfast buffet did not meet expectations.
