Clean and nice. Not a kid fun hotel
Pros:

The bed and rooms where clean and comfy in a good location well mannered staff

Cons:

The pool is not kid friendly. 100% need lift jackets or know how to swim. I am 6 ft and could barely touch. Shower water was cold lukewarm at best and they told me it was user error.

Jamais que nous avons su que nous avions pas le déjeuner continental inclus même à l’arrivé la réceptionniste ne m’a pas mis au courant après lui avoir demandé les heures de fermeture et ouverture et que nous avions pas de parking inclus non plus car on avait un petit pick up…un gros manque d’information 😠

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with several aspects of my visit. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job maintaining a comfortable environment. Additionally, the location is perfect and provides easy access to everything I needed. The overall comfort of the stay was exactly what I was looking for.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my experience has been significantly marred by the hotel's post-stay service. I am still waiting for the refund of my security deposit. Despite multiple attempts to contact the management via email and messages, I have received zero response.

It is highly unprofessional to ignore guest inquiries, especially regarding financial matters. I have yet to receive a final invoice or any confirmation that the refund has been processed. This lack of responsiveness is a major drawback to an otherwise pleasant stay.

Conclusion:
While the physical stay was great, the poor communication and delay in returning deposits make it difficult to recommend this hotel fully. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and resolves my issue immediately.
