La qualité de la chambre et la piscine. L'accueil en français. L'emplacement est parfait.

Reception staff is not friendly at all and not accommodating.
Location was really good, close to a train station or short 15 min walk to centre. Location was quiet and had a convenient store across the street.
We had breakfast included, however only included one option: eggs tosst beans and potatoes, cost extra for any additons or uf you wanted somethingdifferenti i.e. pancakes for the kids! , no buffet either. Not great for the kids. 50 minute wait, then came out cold, sent it back and when it returned it was still cold. . I did complain and managed to get into the buffet breakfast for the apartment guests. Apparently this was not available to hotel guests. Not great Hilton!

La piscine et la salle de sport étaient vraiment appréciables.

Les photos de l’hôtel sont trompeuses, nous pensions pouvoir prendre un petit-déjeuner buffet, en libre service, comme le font la plupart des hôtels et comme le suggère les photos de l’hôtel. Ce ne fut pas le cas, ils ne font plus ce genre de petit-déjeuner, seul le petit-déjeuner « à la carte » au restaurant de l’hôtel était possible. Très déçus, d’autant plus que ça rajoute encore des frais au séjour.

The shower took a while to get hot water but staff offered compensation for the inconvenience.
il y eu des infiltrations d'eaux majeures, de l'eau à plusieurs endroits. Petit déjeuner annulé pour cette cause. Piscine fermée également.
