Mom in Hospital
Pros:

Mom had an unexpected heart surgery, thanks to your work with stay well my rooms affordable except when it came to the weekend. I had to leave wish I didn’t have to! Luckily holiday inn was helpful but booking with them was a nightmare compared to your hotel. Hoping to travel again on better circumstances.

Worth the stay!
Pros:

The location is very convenient to all places in downtown. My family and I always choose Chelsea Hotel as our first choice in hotel staycation whenever we go travel to Toronto. Safe and worth the price.

Had a best experience ever, provided it was a last minute booking
Pros:

They upgraded my room- offered us 2 queen size beds instead of one bed we booked
- Also liked the express checkout saves time
-Liked the in-house restaurant that opened till late and of course they were offering 15% off discount

Survey for stay at Delta Chelsea
Pros:

Quality of service was excellent,and staff were approachable and knew what needed to be done. Hotel room could have been a little cleaner. But overall it was better.

Good location and good quality services
Pros:

Nice place, nice people, good food. Got there one day in advance of PDAC which gave me the opportunity to get a better room. it was quiet, and good view. Nice place for working with the computer, good internet connection. Nice reception and helping me to get a good taxi, and also good place to get an uber.

Amazing service, could use renovations.
Pros:

The room was in the 8th floor, room 839. Bed was cozy and pillows also. Entertainment was good and the room had all the ammenities needed. I really appreciated the two water bottles left after each time the cleaning lady came by.

Cons:

The air from the vents. We needed some warming for our room but the air that was being sent out of the vent was very dry, which did not help with my partner's cough and she had a really tough time to get to sleep. Bathroom is also really outdated and the bathtub carries stains from years of being used. A little renovation would do wonders.

10 out of 10. Excellent snd this was our first time ever at your hotel
Pros:

We were there for medical tests and your excellent facility help to reduce our stress and was convenient for our travels to and from uhn. Staff was excellent and overall hotel and restaurant experience was excellent we will be booking in the near future as my husband has a procedure coming up in the next two weeks and we are hoping to be able to once again noon at your facility

Pros:

Location was great for us. Walkable to some attractions, easy public transportation access for others. Our room was quiet, comfortable and had a great view. Hot tub was great.
Check-in was quick, efficient, and friendly. Reasonable rate.
