Pros:

Die Lage ist Top und die Betten bequem, Pool für Kinder klein aber nett, Wasserrutsche ist gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut.

Cons:

Die noch nicht renovierten Zimmer sind merklich runtergekommen und nicht mehr wirklich gut zu reinigen... Für den derzeitigen Zustand sind sie zu teuer.

Great location, clean rooms & friendly staff.
Pros:

Central location - downtown Toronto. Close to TMU and Queens subway. Lots of places to eat nearby. Hotel is clean and staff are helpful.

Cons:

Very busy because it’s a large hotel.

Would never stay in a room with a balcony.
Pros:

All the staff were friendly.

Cons:

We could not sleep because of the street noise. It was as if a window was open we could even hear people talking that were walking by the hotel. Keep in mind we were in room 1010. It had a balcony which we didn’t use.

The Chelsea Hotel is right in the heart of Toronto.

Cons:

Currently the on site restaurant space is limited. And parking is an issue if you have a large vehicle.
