Large busy and comfortable
Pros:

Room was large and comfortable. Hotel was very busy in July but had lots of elevators and space to accommodate everyone.

Cons:

A few things in the room felt worn. The room safe didn’t work. I never interacted with any staff using the kiosk to check in and out.

Cons:

l'arredamento e i bagni sono old style (non c'è box doccia ma solo vasca da bagno). A fronte di un costo notevole (>300 euro per notte), la colazione prevedeva il cappuccino come optional a pagamento

Spa, piscina climatizada no dejan entran menores de 17 años, me parece mejorable. El.desayuno no estaba incluido y creo que por el precio pagado hubiera sido lo suyo.

We had a great stay. Hotel had many good restaurants near by.
Pros:

Clean room with very comfortable bed. Great location. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Room was quite cold and furnace thermostat did not work. Lobby area was frequently very crowded.

Pros:

The hotel has good facilities and the rooms are large and comfortable. Whilst breakfast wasn't included in our stay the onsite cafe had lovely options. Our child enjoyed the swimming pool and slide.

Uns hat der Bereich für die Kinder gut gefallem, schöner Pool mit Rutsche und auch der 18+ Bereich ist ansprechend.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer (18. Etage) war veraltet , kaum Staumöglichkeiten . Das Personal war twilweise freundlich.
