I loved Toronto and this hotel suited me very well, i particularly liked that It had a bath.
Pros:

I didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel as there were so many other places to try in the vicinity. The area suited me very well as there are lots of shops and restaurants there and I could walk everywhere.

Cons:

Gerrard is quite a noisy street.

Excellent stay- wonderful staff
Pros:

For such a large hotel it ran so smoothly. I am in the hosp industry and was very pleased by my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, excellent view, food was amazing. Everyone looked after the details and made my stay wonderful. Would definitely book again!!

Good experience with hotel
Pros:

Best features: location, quiet and clean room, bed very comfortable. My bathroom was small but sufficient. Watch out for the shower soap holder up on the wall, it has a sharp bottom edge.

This is not a very good hotel. Rooms are not even as good as motels. Stay Away.
Pros:

This is not a very nice hotel at all. The location is convenient. Thats pretty much the only thing that is nice about this property. It seems like an old building and the rooms are dated. I stayed here from one night but I wish I had booked a different hotel. As soon as I checked into my room, I noticed the TV wouldn't even turn on. They have a thermostat that doesn't work and they control the heat/AC centrally. No way for customers to know this beforehand. The bathroom was dirty and old. The bathtub was nasty. The shower and faucet need replacement. Overall, I would never recommend this hotel even to my worst enemies.

Great location but be aware of street noise if in older non balcony rooms
Pros:

Right in centre of downtown and close for museums etc. very helpful staff. Catered for gluten free at really good breakfast. Really good health suite/ pool and rooftop sun loungers.

Cons:

Room was opposite building work and double glazing seal had blown so could hear building noise. Card Door locks were temperament due to battery failures as was safe .

A good stay in general
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Since the elevator to my original room was under repair, they proactively switched me to a much more convenient room. The location is excellent, and the room was generally quiet, though you can still hear occasional street sirens.

Cons:

The voltage in the room seemed unstable, causing the lamps to flicker, and the bathroom knob was loose. Also, because it’s a very large hotel, you do have to wait a while for the elevators sometimes.

Après le petit inconvénient je suis très satisfaite de mon séjour.

J'étais satisfaite du petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Je pas apprécié ma dernière journée, je pas eu service de chambre donc je pas eu de servilletas pour prendre ma douche la dernière nuit après ma promenade, j'espère que vous allez faire atencion à ça.

Couples Night!
Pros:

We booked last night for a couples night and were very impressed with the location! We were so close to restaurants and the subway line! The lobby FIFA decor and photo ops were beautiful and the room was just want we needed! Mini fridge and comfortable bed! Tristan at the front desk was very accommodative and pleasant he made our stay memorable and signed us up for rewards seamlessly! 10/10 stay!

CITA@40 Banquet at Chelsea Hotel Toronto
Pros:

The food was excellent. The AV team was very professional. The stage set up was perfect. The wifi information was provided at each table. Chelsea Toronto, you should be proud of your extremely dedicated staff-sales manager, catering and conference service manager, banquet team and AV team. All our guests enjoyed the amazing, unforgettable evening at Chelsea.
