No proper cups or glasses in room. No grab rails in bathroom. Cheap towels. Very cheap toilet paper. The fancy entry is not reflected in the details. We will not return

Pros:

Zentral gelegenes Hotel neben der Yong Street. In wenigen Schritten mitten im Geschehen und vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Die Parkgebühren sind relativ hoch, aber das ist in den Großstädten auf dem amerikanischen Kontinent eben so.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Amazing staff, clean and comfortable rooms, pet friendly, excellent location. The Chelsea is my go to hotel for downtown Toronto.

Great stay and great associates. Great job team Chelsea.
Pros:

Clean and accessible to the city. Great location. But the parking is harder like me had a bigger truck /suv

Cons:

The parking is only fit for small car. I do had 4Runner TRD can’t fit to the parking lot. That’s the only challenging part.
