Pros:

Great location close to transit and many shops and restaurants. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable and the staff were friendly and always able to help us with any issues that arose.

Excelente localização
Pros:

Excelente localização, a algumas quadras do Eaton Centre e da estação de metrô. Pontos de interesses e compras a poucos passos de distância. Há uma Marshalls (loja de ponta de estoque) do outro lado da rua.
Quartos amplos, camas confortáveis e banheiro com amenidades.

Cons:

Tivemos um problema na chegada, havíamos reservado um quarto com cama king size e não havia nenhum disponível. Nós foi disponibilizado um com duas camas de casal e, no dia seguinte, fizemos a mudança para o quarto devido. Apesar do transtorno somado ao cansaço da viagem, a equipe do hotel foi bastante prestativa para resolver o problema o quanto antes. E nos foi oferecido um café da manhã como compensação pelo inconveniente.
A pressão do chuveiro poderia ser melhor.
E durante toda a nossa estadia os elevadores verdes estavam com problemas.

Very busy hotel but great location
Pros:

Location was good
Bedroom nice but small

Cons:

Restaurant bar and pool closed for refurbishment
Check in queue was so long but managed to use self check in machine

Great location, great staff
Pros:

Hotel staff were very helpful, kind, and courteous! Definitely one of the best services we've received at any hotel. Location was a huge plus. Yonge-Dundas (Sankofa) Square is right at your doorstep. So many great restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. Both room and washroom were relatively clean. Bed was great. They offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out, which was pretty convenient.

Cons:

We could still hear traffic even though we were on the 15th floor with our windows closed. Noise from the hallways (doors closing, people talking) was also pretty noticable. Had a power outage around 1:30 am to 4 am, not sure if that was only in our room, but the hallways seemed okay. We didn't go down to check with reception since we were going to sleep anyways. The carpet on one side of the bed had multiple stains that looked like dried blood droplets. We always bring our own hotel slippers, so we managed to kind of ignore them, but still felt pretty unpleasant.

Property was ok. Would recommend to other if less expensive or promo combined with attending sporting event.

Downtown Toronto. Early checkin was convenient.
Fairly convenient to attend Blue Jays

Cons:

Expensive .Shower faucet control not good.
Food very expensive, even local takeout restaurants.
