Pros:

The suite was spacious, well laid out and clean. The large low cabinet was perfect for large luggage though a light above would be helpful in a dimly lit room. Great bathroom amenities other than no shower cap

Cons:

The coffee bar had no outlet so had to be moved. With 3 people in a room, 1 decaffeinated and 1 regular coffee is inadequate. The pull out sofa mattress had wires were VERY prevalent in the 2 rooms our group booked. These mattresses are not usable as they are. The restaurant had hit and miss service and food.
The in room fridge only ran for 2 hours at a time so we had to push the button repeatedly or perishables wouldn't keep.

Pros:

The restaurant was good, and breakfast was delicious

Cons:

The staff at the front desk were impatient and slightly rude , the bill was incorrect at check out and they took a while to fix

Great location making it easy to get everywhere. Nice, friendly staff

Cons:

The city facing rooms are close to a fire department which means that there are a lot of sirens and can be quite noisy.
It would be good if there was a jug and a better tea selection
