Comfortable stay in Calgary
Pros:

The staff (from the bell staff, front desk to the waitress at breakfast) were so friendly and helpful. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable and cleaned every day to a high standard. The cot for my son wasn't just a pack 'n play but a cot with sturdy comfortable mattress, he had great sleeps in it. We enjoyed using the pool and my husband the gym. The breakfast was made to order and tasty.

Cons:

The parking fee at the property was expensive but this may be standard in the city (I'm not sure). We thought we might need the parking space for three nights, but we were able to return the car a day early and the front desk reimbursed us for the parking fee for that night.

The room was clean when we arrived, and the property was in a convenient location. The check-in process was smooth, and overall it was a comfortable place to stay for a short visit.

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was the housekeeping. During our two-night stay, the beds were not made properly, and the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly after servicing the room. Better attention to cleanliness and housekeeping details would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
