Excellent location, friendly helpful staff, really nice hotel. Special mention to Nicoleta our lovely cleaner.
Room clean and great location staff very helpful
Could not fault it
The hotel is excellent and located in a nice area . Room was well equipped with comfortable beds and en-suite bathroom, a fridge with water but no coffee making facilities. The breakfast was very nice and the restaurant served lovely food and wine in the afternoon and evenings on the rooftop terrace. Great for watching the sun set. Every staff member was helpful and attentive and we would recommend this hotel. If you need a taxi just ask reception.
No coffee making in the room.
Excellent location and staff were brilliant
Nothing
Konumu, terası süper
Oda gerçekten küçük, 2 bavul açınca yer kalmıyor. En sıkıntılı kısım : klima merkezi. Odanın havalandırması yeterli değil
Really lovely hotel, with very helpful staff x

We stayed here for the Rome marathon. Lovely location, amazing staff, very quiet . Perfect location for nice local restaurants . A hidden gem … also great help with our toddler
Property was in a great location. Super attentive staff.

This is my third stay at Marcella and I have recommended it to friends who have also loved it. Great location from the station and nicely out of the busy areas. The staff are amazing, so friendly and happy to help. Breakfast has a great selection and the cocktails on the rooftop bar are delicious!! Thanks for another amazing stay.
Nice family run hotel in a quiet location and within walking distance of all attractions. Rooftop garden a lovely place to have breakfast.
We stayed in a room facing the front of the hotel, it was a good size for a room in the centre of Rome (compared to others we've stayed in). The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was quite warm and there's no air con at this time of year only heating so we had to open the window to let some air in. The road was surprisingly noisy for a side street even at 1 or 4 am. A different room might be quieter. The rooftop terrace has lovely views, but beware the seagulls who will swoop in and steal any unprotected breakfast
We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at this hotel. It’s in a great location and within walking distance of many sightseeing attractions. The staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. We opted for a superior room this time which was great - the room was very comfortable and the recently refurbished bathroom was lovely.
We visited with friends and especially like the rooftop bar - a lovely place to catch up for a drink or enjoy a meal.
Would highly recommend and hope to visit again.
Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, booked in an economy room. Arrived early and the staff were only too pleased to store our luggage before we could check in. They even took our luggage to our room. The room was really nice and decorated well. We had a window that overlooked the street below. This proved to be the only issue with the room. There are a lot of cafes and bars in the area, which tend to stay open until the early hours. The room was quite warm, but we couldn't have the window open at night due to noise outside. We received an e mail after the first night asking how things were. We mentioned the noise and asked if we could be moved to a quieter room. We mentioned this issue at reception and they immediately picked up our e mail. They agreed to move us, but not until the next day. We put our stuff back in our suitcases and the following day they moved our luggage to a new room. When we returned that day, we had been put in a standard room away from the street. I have to say this is excellent customer service. We did have a couple of small issues which were dealt with promptly. There is a rooftop terrace cafe at the hotel. We had breakfast on one morning which was very good value and plenty of choice. We also had dinner there on 2 occasions. The food is excellent and can highly recommend the Cheese and pepper spaghetti.
Overall I would recommend this hotel, but worth mentioning when booking you would like a quiet room if possible. Could not fault the service at the hotel or in the rooftop restaurant.
La Vista y el Desayuno espectacular.
Nuestro cuarto (1ro. Piso) estaba sobre una puerta que, por la noche escuchábamos el camión de basura colectando.
Y muy temprano, abastecimiento.
The breakfast had plenty of choice . A variety of dishes and fresh fruit along with various fruit juices and hot drinks
The croissant were cold and a little stodgy as a consequence. The hot drinks were provided via a dispenser rather than made fresh to order. Often the coffee was not heated sufficiently.
Stayed here for four nights for a long weekend around the Italy vs England 6 Nations match (less said about the result the better). Our room on the sixth floor was fine, although we suspect the aircon might struggle in the summer unless it’s turned up, and the housekeeping was good. There’s daily free water in the mini-bar. Despite being just under the rooftop bar on the seventh floor there was no noise. Breakfast was good, with a good variety and the rooftop bar at sunset was very nice. What marks the hotel out is the staff - all very friendly and helpful and happy to speak English to compensate for our minimal Italian. The location is good - 10 mins bus to Rome Termini station which itself is 30 mins via the Michelangelo Express from the airport. It’s 15 minutes walk to the Trevi fountain and surrounded by very food restaurants. Would happily return as clearly many of our fellow guests do.
