Pros:

The inside has a lot of space to use for reading, working, sitting down.

Cons:

The elevators, carpet, hallways need some serious cleaning and updating.

There is are some hidden fees that you get after check out even though you are already paying with booking. They refused to help with that it was a a steep charge.

Loved the stay, planning on returning
Pros:

Everything. Very clean, excellent staff, beautiful decor and design, Japanese gardens, amazing neighborhood, incredible lobby.

Cons:

I wish cost of hotels generally wasn’t at this level, but this hotel looked like it was worth its price and was a reasonable value.

It worked for a couple of nights
Pros:

The location was great, the bed was comfortable, the gym was very well equipped, the foyer was nice. We had a city view room it was large but very dated.

Cons:

The rooms appear to be well overdue for a refurbish, not as I would usually expect in a 4 star hotel.
