Pros:

On a aimé l’extérieur les bananiers palmiers… les coins détentes. Les concerts!! Le personnel au top la propreté cela fait deux fois que nous venons et hâtes de revenir !!!! 😀

Anlage insgesamt sehr schön

Cons:

Parkgebühren, unser Zimmer war neben einem Restaurant mit großem Luftabzug. Vor 220 Uhr könnte man das Fenster nicht öffnen vor lauter Lärm.
Aus diesem Grund war der Preis viel zu hoch

Every rooms are closed to pool area. And the location of the hotel is great.

Cons:

Toilet is old with rusted holding cap on the bottom. Behind the coffee table is filthy.

Immersi in un giardino tropicale a San Diego
Pros:

Il giardino è meraviglioso , la piscina riscaldata, colazione nel ristorante molto buona (non a buffet!)

Cons:

Posizione un po distante dai vari punti di interesse di San Diego se si ha poco tempo a disposizione ma posto incantevole per panorama e silenzio
Comunque con la macchina è tutto facilmente raggiungibile

Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do. The property was extremely clean, beautifully maintained, and the grounds were gorgeous. The price was very reasonable for the quality and experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

My kids slept early for once due to so much fun activities threw out the days 💞
Pros:

The staff at check in and check out were super welcoming and great with my kids .

Cons:

I wish there was a concert going on for our stay but it’s was regardless an amazing stay . Definitely would come back .

Pros:

I think this was an overall great hotel. Beautiful and very central to many main attractions. I pranked my family that I was in Hawaii and they believed it from the pictures. So I would say its a perfect summer getaway. Also the receptionist was nice and made me feel very welcome.

Cons:

I wish I could have stayed longer. Also I wish it was free parking. I have very short arms and its hard to reach were I need to scan my parking voucher.

Cons:

You pay a fair price for the package of show, dinner and room. At check in they charge you an additional $25 for parking and $30 for room incidentals. In the room there are only the most basic amenities. It feels dishonest to say the least.

Great Hotel with a busy venue.
Pros:

Facilities and staff were great. The communial pool and bar were fantastic.

Cons:

Live concerts were held over the weekend which ended at 22h30, and our room was located near the entrance to the venue. The concerts themselves were not the issue. It was the noise due to people leaving and hanging around afterwards until the early hours. Guest experience could be improved by having door staff positioned outside the exit doors, asking people to be quiet.

Sierra at pool bar very nice.
