Tropical paradise in San Diego
Pros:

The Half Moon Inn is a wonderful and peaceful oasis on Shelter Island, just a short drive from the airport and city centre. The pool area and palm trees, and nearby marina, were my highlights. The grounds are beautifully kept and there’s a heated pool and hot tub as well as fire pit terrace with outdoor movie screenings. I also enjoyed seeing the resident parrots JJ and Zazu, and ducks and ducklings nearby.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and everything was perfect for my stay. Highly recommend!

Staff is exemplary at Humphreys!
Pros:

I love Humphreys! The location, the pool and the staff. Enrique at the front desk was especially kind and welcoming. My Mom got sick when we were there and he was so kind to us. I also want to give a shout out to Sierra at the pool bar. She was an absolute delight - her warmth and energy were world class. Thank you Humphreys!

Overall had a very pleasant stay
Pros:

The hotel grounds were really nice and the pool. Was near to the airport and attractions. Some nice restaurants nearby. We had an amazing meal at the Harbor Town Pub. Staff were also so friendly. We had an harbour view which was worth paying the extra for. We didn’t hire a car. We got Ubers everywhere which worked out well for us as most attractions are not far from the hotel

Cons:

Doors to outside were difficult to open. Rooms were a bit dated but clean. The maids did an excellent job every day
