Would stay there again, but would not paid the extra for a water view.
Pros:

Nice location. Big room with refrigerator, microwave, etc.

Cons:

I paid more for a water view, but the view was mainly of their big stage where I assume they have entertainment. Could see the harbor, but just a small part of view. Also disappointed their restaurant wasn’t open. The lounge was open, but pricey. We ate at the hotel next door the second night. Very good, and a wonderful view

Great hotel/resort on shelter island
Pros:

The room was comfy and clean, we enjoyed being on shelter island for the views / walks

Comfy bed, relaxing atmosphere
Pros:

We love the location, the property grounds, the pool, the rooms.

Cons:

The parking & resort fees are a rather steep price considering the ridiculous taxes & fees applied also to the room cost. This is why we moved to another resort after a few nights.
It is also a shame there is no discount for frequent visits since we are in the area to visit our daughter at her university several times a year.

Convenient stay for point loma wedding

loved the pool area and jungle grounds. walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. view of city from walking paths. marina and boat views. fire pits

Very noisy with navy jets overhead. restaurants were all indoors with no nice outdoor and patio space. far from old town. rooms are outdated and tired. sketchy area to walk around.
