لم تكون اقامتي مريحه بسبب المكيف عطلان لمدت يومين 😣

المكان موقعه جيد قريب من محطه الموتور
والموظفون محترمين وكل شيء جيد

Cons:

حجزت لمدت يومين وكلها جلستها دون مكيف في الحر
توصلت مع الموظف يقول توجد مشكلة في المكيف خساره الفلوس وانا في الحر يجب تعويضي

Pros:

Large room and bed, comfortable, great breakfast, right across the congress centre, and very short walking distance to shops. Electric blinds so no light gets in in the morning to interfere with sleep

Cons:

The air conditioner is set at max 22 degrees and the airflow is quite low, so the room was cool and comfortable but I would have liked it cooler

Pros:

The hotel is a good option if you are attending an event nearby, but otherwise the location is not very convenient, as it takes around 40 minutes by metro to reach the city center. The hotel itself is quite clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The ironing room is located in a dark storage-like space, and there is only one for the entire hotel. During busy hours, there is a queue, the iron is not very efficient, and the lighting is extremely poor. I believe a hotel of this level should provide a much better ironing solution or alternative service for guests.

Goed bed , maar voor een superior kamer was ze klein !! Mijn vriendin had een gewone kamer en die was precies hetzelfde !! Ze had enkel geen badjas en pantoffeltjes !

Cons:

Ze zeggen NIET aan de receptie dat je het restaurant moet reserveren (!) en dat het op zondag gesloten is .. dan neemt de bar dit over , en daar moet je zeker reserveren !!!in het restaurant hadden we natuurlijk niet gereserveerd , en dus geen plek op zaterdag ..ze vertelden ons toen dat we het RESTAURANT moesten reserveren ( niks over de bar !)waren ganse zondag op conventie waar geen eten noch drank was (!) , wilden eten in de bar .. onmogelijk, niet gereserveerd . Er was nog plek aan hoge tafels , maar daar werd eten geweigerd !!!!!er werkt daar ene Laila en die vrouw was zondag enorm slecht geluimd , onvriendelijk , bot zelfs !! We kregen geen eten en er is totaal niets in de buurt !!! Ik ben naar de receptie gestapt , de verantwoordelijke daar is met me meegekomen , en dan LOOG die Laila nog dat ze ons verwittigd had de dag ervoor !!! Plots kon het wel dat we een tafel kregen , maar die Laila heeft ons 40 minuten laten wachten op een drankje !!! En dan wou ze die niet zelf maken , maar gaf ze door aan iemand anders !! Anderen werden intussen WEL bediend , die waren na ons binnengekomen !! Ik kreeg van de andere uiterst lieve dienster een prosecco gratis , bij de afrekening bleek dat die Laila dat gezien had , en heeft ze ons de allerduurste prosecco aangerekend ipv degene die we eerst gekregen en gedronken hadden ! De dienster voelde zich zo beschaamd , dat ze ons een gratis glaasje heeft aangeboden … wat een onprofessioneel persoon is die Laila wel, de dagen ervoor was ze niet super vriendelijk , maar toch wel stukken beter dan op zondag !!! Door haar twijfelen we om nog terug te komen !!ze is geen uithangbordje voor dit hotel, alle personeel is daar zo lief en vriendelijk , en behulpzaam ! Allemaal toppers behalve die ene dan !

Altogether a pleasant stay, but some fine points need improvement.
Pros:

The staff was v.ery cordial and helpful, the breakfast tasty and modestly priced. The room was quiet. The hotel is close to the location of the conferece at the Congress Center, although our impression was that they were in the same building - some people find it hard to walk, even a short distance.

Cons:

Entry and getting out of the tub are difficult for people with needs. The sink cork did not work. We expected a fridge and not merely a minibar, particularl as the hotel is not close the shopping areas. The room is shielded from sun rays but too dark during the day.At night the room is lit properly.

Confortevole ma va migliorata la colazione e l’insonorizzazione delle camere.
Pros:

Ottima pulizia.

Cons:

Colazione scadente considerando che la struttura ha 4 stelle e per il prezzo. La notte c’era una festa vicino all’hotel e si sentiva tutto.

Pros:

Stanze accoglienti confortevoli e pulite, personale della reception gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Servizio ristorante necessaria la prenotazione anche se presso il bar sono disponibili piatti veloci. Unica pecca una sera il ristorante era chiuso per un evento ma anche al bar non è stato possibile consumare nulla perché necessaria sempre la prenotazione e poiché non era specificato abbiamo rischiato di rimanere senza cena.
