LETTO SCARSO: cuscino e materasso duro, piumino leggero, nonostante la temperatura del termostato fosse 23, la percezione era 20, in quanto riscaldata ad aria che non riesce a scaldare le pareti FREDDE E NON ISOLATE.
BAGNO FREDDO CON SCALDA SALVIETTE SPENTO.
MANCANZA DI BOLLITORE E BEVANDE SOLUBILI
DOCCIA SCOMODISSIMA IN QUANTO NELLA VASCA.
CAMERA E PORTA NON ISOLATE ACUSTICAMENTE si sentono voci nel corridoio e nella camera attigua
ASCENSORE CON TEMPI DI ATTESA ETERNI, mi hanno costretto ad utilizzare le scale di emergenza, peraltro INGOMBRATE dai carrelli della biancheria
