The property itself was adequate

Cons:

I specifically searched for properties that were dog friendly and had a restaurant on site! There was absolutely no mention on my statement there would be A $100 per night pet fee!! Which the lady working the desk did not mention when she took my card. When I asked why the charge was for $120 more than stated by booking.com she replied oh I don’t know why they didn’t let you know!!! I will call customer service tomorrow for both businesses

The people were friendly, and the room was huge.
Pros:

The room was huge, and the people at the desk were friendly. Everything was clean.

Cons:

If I had to say anything I would say location. It was a long way from the highway.

Worth the money
Pros:

The room for 3 adults and two kids was spacious and well laid out

Continental breakfast was a plus

Pros:

Awful breakfast. No protein on Saturdays? Is this policy. Is this advertised this way?
Pros:

Apparently you don’t offer a protein for breakfast on Saturday. No bacon. No sausage. Cold eggs. Cold gravy and biscuit. You show bacon for breakfast. I should have gone to another hotel that didn’t cost as much but would offer a protein for breakfast. I will never go to a Hyatt place hotel again. Ridiculous.

Cons:

Apparently you don’t offer a protein for breakfast on Saturdays. Is it advertised this way? Because your website shows a breakfast with bacon. If I’d known this I wouldn’t have stayed. Cold eggs, cold biscuit, tepid gravy. I payed a lot of money for this hotel room and I never expected a crappy breakfast. I should have stayed at the cheaper hotel. I guarantee they would have had a better breakfast.
