I would visit again, but ask if there were pets near my room.
Pros:

My room was very nice. Large, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The folks across from me had a dog that didn't like being left alone. Friday night and Saturday morning. Met a guy who was next to them at breakfast and he had the same complaint. Also, everyone in the hotel came for breakfast at the same time and there wasn't enough food, drink or seating.

The surrounding areas of the premises was really clean. Well kept flowers and lawns.

Cons:

The dining area was very untidy. We could not eat the offered food when we got in for breakfast as the place was a mess. Food and crumbs was all over the place and the staff were not at the top of their game to clean up. I immediately complained to the person at the front dest
K. Honestly, that was my first and worst experience of a dining area in such a hotel. Worse off, the variety of food was so basic and unattractive. It felt like a forced combination.

I liked the location, the staff were friendly. The room was big and spacious to accommodate my family.

Cons:

The breakfast area was always really crowded with people, no where to sit, food kept running out as well as the coffee. Some areas inside the hotel you could tell people were smoking in their rooms.

OMG! I booked based on location with an outside pool but found a gem. Room was amazing. Staff were exceptional. Outside pool a wonderful escape. Just loved our 2 nights there. Best place. 🥰🥰🥰

Sadly, I can't recommend.
Pros:

This hotel is in sad need of an update. Beds are uncomfortable, slamming doors into the wee hours of the morning, outlets don't work, charging ports are nonexistent, breakfast is pitiful, carpet and couch are stained, staff is unfriendly. It's just not a place that leaves you with a happy feeling that you stayed.

The staff was great. The lady that check us in had the best customer service skills I’ve ever seen. She knew how to resolve any issue. The common/public area all were kept clean. The breakfast area stayed clean, someone was constantly going in there and cleaning after people.

Cons:

Found some leftover things in our room from the previous customer that stayed. Left me wondering how clean the room was. And the mattresses were uncomfortable.

Weak water pressure – The water pressure, particularly in the shower, was noticeably weak.
Shower and toilet plumbing – The plumbing fixtures could use maintenance or upgrades to improve performance and reliability.
Breakfast Bar variety – The Breakfast Bar offered the same menu each day. Rotating the menu and adding more variety would make the complimentary breakfast more enjoyable for guests.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but addressing these items would enhance the guest experience.
