The 2 rooms I was given smelled like smoke from the 1960’s, the lights did not work in either room & the bed sheets had stains on them. An absolutely disgusting establishment.

The room wasn't what I expected. Bed lumpy door lock broken. Had to change room cuz first room lights went out
The stay was so terrible the jetted tub was peeling and very very dirty the floors was very dusty and dirty dead bugs , dirty sheets it was terrible .

It was a flophouse hellhole. Filthy, unsafe, no blanket or smoke detector, storage of things in hallway blocking exit routes. No lights in bathroom, leaking faucets, blood stains, filthy upholstery, peelung paint and plaster. Uninhabitable.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen in my life
We were refused a refund after finding multiple cockroaches in the room. Video evidence was provided to the staff and I was told it was sprayed and shouldn’t have bugs… called corporate for Victory Hotels and they took my info, told me they would call later that day and never received any communication. Few hundred down the drain and left me searching for a hotel at close to midnight.
