Great Breakfast
Pros:

Hotel can accommodate large families in a single room which is nice, but they charge additional for parking which is strange since they are not a resort or connected to any larger theme park or event center. Check the bathroom immediately- ours had dirty used washcloths from the previous guests still in the shower and the toilet didnt flush.

Pros:

Highly recommend staying on a higher floor, the first floor is awful and noisy. My room was next to the staff door and the door would slam at least once every hour throughout the night.

It was clean but staff are not consistent with answers about the shuttle.
Pros:

I booked this property on Booking.com. It was never mentioned that the hotel charged a $12.00 parking fee.

Cons:

We were told we could book the shuttle to Moffitt Cancer Center by two desk clerks on the night shift. It had to be booked,”the day of” so we had to call the hotel number after 12AM. My husband woke up to call and book the shuttle at 2:00am. We were told by the desk clerk it could not be booked until 7am. We had to leave at 6:30am for his scheduled surgery. It seems as though the staff are confused about shuttle procedures.

Super nice hotel and great Busch Gardens location.
Pros:
