El desayuno era el mismo todos los día exepto el sábado dicen que la entrada es a las 3:00 pm pero cuando llegue no estaba lista y me la entregaron a las 6:00 pm

Ficamos 2 noites e nao arrumaram e nem limparam o quarto, tivemos que pedir toalhas.

I liked the suze of the rooms, they were very clean and the receptionist was very friendly.

Breakfast ends at 9, too early as for me, usually it is till 10.
I couldn’t dry my hair because if I use a hair dryer the electricity shuts down( bathroom is sooooo small you couldn’t seat on the toilet and close the door. Plus you hear people from downstairs. Plus they charge expat money for parking, not even a valet parking. We had other hotel near for this money and it was much better , we just wanted to try something new and saw good reviews but kind of disappointed.
The breakfast was good, and having the shuttle to and from Busch Gardens was great!
The room itself (the bed) looked clean, but we found a dirty towel hanging on back of the bathroom door and I found pieces of dog food on the floor.
The location was great, shuttle service to and from Busch Gardens was fantastic!
The fire alarm going off twice at 4am, needed to evacuate twice, personnel clueless, the lack of regard or compensation for the trouble. It just messes up your next day.

We wanted something close to Bush Gardens and this location was only a couple miles from the parks. Also they had a shuttle to the parks which was very convenient.
The staff were super friendly and always greeted you with a smile. The breakfast had a few options which was nice to have a variety to choose from.
The bathroom was pretty small.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The size of the room was great. Location was perfect for my daughter’s orientation at USF. The small fitness room was well equipped. I was able to work from the business center for a while even after check out without any issues.
It was a little old/run down looking. One of the elevators made a loud bang everytime it opened.
The fire alarm went off at 4:40 am and not sure why but it was very loud and startling

Not much. Hotel is in need of maintenance and is very aged. Staff was polite and helpful for the most part
Terrible location in terms of parking; facility very aged and not well maintained. Free breakfast was not up to expectations and crowding made it impossible for the staff to keep up with refills, etc. As a result we ended up having to go out to breakfast.
