Hotel cómodo cercano a USF
Pros:

Comodidad, cerca USF. Todo es correcto siempre que vamos. El personal de recepción es muy amable y resolutivo.

Cons:

Hay cadenas de hoteles con limpieza de habitación en días alternos, así que si estas solo dos noches, nunca te la van a limpiar. Es algo que debería aplicarse desde la tercera noche, porque no tiene sentido para menos. Ya lo sabíamos nada más entrar que no nos iban a ordenar el cuarto así que lo hicimos nosotros.

The morning breakfast lady was super nice and cleaned the area all the time. And our cleaning service was nice too

The pool was closed the whole time we were here and the blind on our window was broken.

Breakfast was nice variety, but hot food wasn't very hot.

Cons:

Bathroom was so small, it was difficult getting in and out with door so close to the toilet. The TV's location wasn't ideal being between the 2 rooms.

We arrived Saturday and stayed Saturday night, we were in town for just 1 day for a concert and staff were very friendly

too expensive a place to be that shabby and dirty.
Cons:

The property was rundown and not very clean. i housekeeping is a super important issue. The accommodations don't need to be fancy, but cleanliness is something that's important. It didn't even look like the carpeting in our bedroom was recently vacuumed. I have stated other Hyatt places and they were well kept and not so old and beat up.

It was decent.
Pros:

The staff were welcoming and amiable. The ladies at the front were so friendly and helped me with my needs. Rooms were clean.

Cons:

I've stayed at other hyatts and this one seems dated. Breakfast area was quite small, had to eat in the room. Thin walls.
