Decent but wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Hotel was a little dated but clean.

Cons:

I didn’t like not knowing I had to pay for parking until I got to the place. Normally places with a regular parking lot don’t charge for parking but this place did. For the price and location I would have chose somewhere else if I knew especially since the rooms aren’t modern.

Workout room was freezing
Pros:

If it’s cold out, don’t go work out in the fitness center because the temperature will be very cold otherwise great experience

Would stay again.
Pros:

It was clean and very comfortable. Food was nearby and offered delivery also

Cons:

I wish the parking lot had been cleared of snow. The heat is was kinda hard too get set at a comfortable temp. Sometimes it did bow extremely cold air with the heat on.

Very outdated and terrible odor in the rooms
Pros:

The rooms are badly in need of repair and renovation. The first room reeked of cigarette smoke and the second room smelled terribly of mildew. The carpet was stained and wet from moisture and had a bad smell. The sheets were loud and sounded like we were sleeping on tissue paper. The bathroom faucet was loose and nearly coming off with use. The rooms are only cleaned every two days which was difficult with such a dated room. One of the two treadmills at the fitness center were broken. The only positive was that staff who were amazing and super helpful and kind. Everyone we interacted with was wonderful but we would not stay here again based on the poor condition of the rooms.

Pros:

Great location, very quiet and leafy. Room very well laid out with a great bed and good outlets for devices.

Cons:

Ran out of hot water the evening I checked in, so had to take a tepid shower. Probably due to athletic tournament in town; water was great at wakeup.

Great variety of food choices. Very tasty and fresh. Love all the steel cut oats toppings. Pastry selection is good. Juice options too. Turkey bacon or sausage would be nice

Cons:

Would like hard boiled eggs or an over easy option. Low carb bread, or multi-seed bread. For me the coffee packs in the room are better. Coffee in lobby is too acidic and has a sour taste. I have stayed at this hotel several times and the breakfast coffees haven't gotten any better.
