Pros:

La ubicación es buena aunque no esta muy cerca de la zona peatonal se puede llegar andando unos 15' , en general tod estuvo bien. Tuvimos un problema al momento de irnos ya que no funcionaba el montacarga y no pudimos salir durante 3 hs, y nos devolvieron el dinero del parking.

Cons:

Al irnos el coche estaba en la planta -4 y estaban reparando el montacarga pero demoraron 3 hs con lo que tuvimos que cancelar reserva para comer en otro sitio. Éramos varios en la misma situación y el personal ha resuelto el problema lo mejor que ha podido.

Pros:

El desayuno, buffet, muy bueno, completo y variado. Ubicación muy céntrico.

Cons:

Cuidado con su parking que no sirve para cualquier coche debido al tamaño del ascensor de vehículos.

Personal sehr freundlich. Hotel insgesamt nicht sauber!
Pros:

Als wir ankamen waren Haare in der Badewanne! Und ein halgegessene Kekse neben der Tisch im Zimmer!
Im Frühstücksraum waren die Telleruntersetzer schmutzig!! Cafe hat nach nichts geschmeckt…

Pros:

La ubicación, en pleno corazón de Zaragoza, a unos 500 metros andando a la Catedral del Pilar. Estaba muy limpio, la habitación era espaciosa, y el personal muy amable.

Pros:

La limpieza

Cons:

La ubicacion barrio muy ruidoso, no merece las 4 estrellas que tiene, al llegar el parking no estaba operativo y nadie nos habia avisado, pedimos un gorro de ducha y nos dijeron de forma muy seca que no tenian, la habitacion amplia pero descuidada con descascarillos en la pintura y agujeros en las cortinas.

Lovely hotel. Great comfort. Great staff. Great breakfast. Great location.
Pros:

The nice young gentleman on reception with glasses. Well spoken in English and very helpful.
He put us in a big room with big bed. Great.

Cons:

The room was too hot. No air con. Very stuffy. Blackout curtains were ripped.

Sólo estuve una noche como descanso de mi viaje.

Nos atendieron con gran amabilidad

Cons:

Al contratar decían que tenía parking en el establecimiento y al llegar con un montón de kilómetros con lluvia, niebla y cansancio me enviaron a un parking público lejos del hotel. Si el del hotel estaba en mantenimiento lo tenían que avisar y probablemente hubiera buscado otro. Me pareció muy mal
