Pros:

It is a 15 min walk from the main Basilica. Clean and practical to move around. It had all the basic necessary things like gel, shampoo, towels, hairdryer... We even borrowed an iron for the clothes from the reception.

Cons:

The neighborhood was not the best, but nothing to do with the hotel, plus they have very nice people in reception open 24/7. The parking has an elevator and has a maximum weight, plus it is almost 20 euro per day.

Agradable y cómoda
Pros:

El tamaño d3 la habitación era muy cómodo. Además que tenia servicio de café y agua caliente en la habitación.

Cons:

La habitación estaba muy cerca de los ascensores, lo que hacía que fuera un tanto ruidosa.

Ganan por el personal que tienen
Pros:

El personal, la limpieza y el confort de la habitación de 10. Sin embargo, se escucha absolutamente todo de las habitaciones colindantes y del pasillo. Al punto de escuchar los vídeos y los audios de las personas las habitaciones de al lado. El barrio no es de lo mejor de la zona. Es cierto que a unos metros ya entras en la zona normal, pero hay bastante gente en la calle y despiertan un poco de preocupación a la hora de salir o entrar a determinadas horas.

Cons:

La no insonorización de habitaciones. No pudimos dormir, y nos fuimos una noche antes por ello.
