Ubicación perfecta, cerca de Plaza del Pilar y El Tubo. PErsonal muy amable. Habitación y baño muy amplios y en buen estado de conservación. Cama grande y muy cómoda. Espacio silencioso a pesar de estar en el centro.

El hotel está súper bien , todo muy limpio ,la habitación comodísima ,el desayuno muy bueno ,en definitiva muy buen hotel y el personal muy atento y que tenga en las habitaciones café de Cortesia es genial, un lugar para volver

Lo que no me gustó es la calle conde Aranda donde se ubica el hotel, es muy insegura, he pasado miedo cada vez que me movía del hotel y tenía que ir por esa calle ,eso es una pena porque el hotel es para volver..

Einfach, aber praktisch

Ich habe wegen eines längeren Aufenthalts in Zaragoza knapp 2 Wochen in diesem Hotel verbracht. Es ist keines der großen Hesperias, sondern ein kleineres, ohne Restaurant bzw. Bar. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wirkte auf mich aber nicht abgewohnt. Das Zimmer war praktisch eingerichtet, hatte z.B. viele Steckdosen, einen wirklich kalten Kühlschrank und ein großes, sehr funktionelles Badezimmer.
Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ordentlich und bietet z.B. auch frischen Joghurt und frische Früchte.
Ich würde das Hotel als einfach, aber praktisch und durchaus nicht ungemütlich beschreiben; ich fand es auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Ordnung.
Die Lage ist zentral; in ein paar Minuten ist man zu Fuß auf der Plaza del Pilar. Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zur Umgebung des Hotels gibt es einiges an Kritik zu lesen. Ich kann dazu nur sagen, dass es mich nicht gestört hat und ich mich zu keinem Zeitpunkt, auch nachts auf dem Heimweg zu Fuß, unsicher gefühlt habe, zumal die Polizei, wie in Spanien häufig, sehr präsent war.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig; man kann Gespräche und andere Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern gut mithören.

Cons:

Simplemente un comentario que se podría mejorar, la bañera era un poco incómoda para entrar, nosotros no hemos tenido problema pero para alguien mayor puede ser un problema.

Pros:

The location was great for city centre sightseeing. We had our dog with us and there was a riverside park a few blocks away for dog walks. The staff recommended a good value restaurant which allowed dogs for our evening meal. Breakfast was excellent. We parked in the garage which was convenient and bit exciting as it is a lift to get down. You need your car paperwork to show the staff the weight.

Sehr freundliches Personal, das Zimmer sauber. Das Frühstück was gut. Die Lage ist zentral.

Cons:

Es war durch die Straßenlage sehr laut, selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster. Für mich waren die Betten einfach zu hart, aber das ist eine persönliche Empfindung

Cons:

La calefacción de la habitación generaba demasiado calor y resultaba agobiante. Incluso al apagarla, continuaba saliendo calor, lo que hizo que la estancia fuese incómoda por el exceso de temperatura. Sería recomendable revisar el sistema para mejorar la comodidad de los clientes.

Genel anlamda memnun kaldığımız bir konaklamaydı
Pros:

Konum mükemmel. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Odalar temizdi. Çalışanlar çok yardım severdi. Normalde odalarda kettle yoktu ama bizim için bir tane ayarladılar. Çok memnun olduk.

Cons:

Odalar arası ses izolasyonu zayıf. Yan odanın konuşmaları hatta horlamaları bile duyulabiliyor.
