Mucha decepción ante el error de booking con la reserva de hotel y la poca empatía del servicio

El Hotel está correcto para el precio, las habitaciones y baños aunque actuales y modernos muy pequeños. Pero no le pongo falta a hotel más que el poco detalle e recepción ante el error de booking de la reserva sin desayuno y nos indican que por 30 euros lo podemos tener, no me pareció elegante la respuesta por un café y una tostada, habrían quedado mucho más elegantes solventando el error, puesto que el precio con Edream con desayuno era el mismo y se lo habíamos avisado a nuestros amigos.

Cons:

Cuando hicimos la reserva con Booking lo hicimos con desayuno incluido (es seguro porque teníamos poco tiempo al salir al día siguiente y además era la única opción que teníamos de reserva) pero al hacer el check in nos indican que no tenemos el desayuno incluido. Yo había dudado entre reservarlo con booking o con edream porque ambos tenían la misma oferta, pero por nuestra fidelidad y confianza en booking lo hicimos con ellos y nuestros amigos con edream al mismo precio y con el desayuno. Contactamos después de un largo rato en dos ocasiones tanto por telefóno como por mail, y lo único que nos dicen es que la reserva sale hecha sin desayuno, es mi palabra contra la de booking, no dan margen de error o confusión cuando los precios son exactos y booking presume de igualar la mejor oferta. Me hace perder la confianza en Booking y tampoco me gustó nada el detalle tan fácil que podría haber tenido el hotel ante tal malentendido.

Pros:

Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour bien démarrer la journée. La literie est bonne et la chambre est climatisée. Piscine agréable.

Cons:

Dans notre chambre très difficile d’avoir de l’eau tiède, très difficile à régler soit c’est froid ou très chaud.
