Cons:

Unico appunto: cambio degli asciugamani ogni 3/ 4 giorni ( secondo me non è possibile soprattutto in estate).

Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse super , Anreise ist schon schwierig wenn man mit dem Flugzeug unterwegs ist. Dann wird es richtig teuer

Plusem jest możliwość pbytu z psem. Personel sprzątający, uśmiechnięte Panie i uprzejme, lokalizacja hotelu, blisko plaży. Panie w Recepcji w okularach brunetka i Blondynka, nie znam imion, ale one były miłe i pomocne.

Co mi się niepodobało, to zachowanie Pana w recepcji który, nie mówił po angielsku, był delikatnie mówiąc nieprzyjemny, na moją uwagę że, miałem zarezerwowany pokój z widokiem na może, to mówiąc tonem olewczym że, jest to niemożliwe, gdy mimo że nie było go w recepcji poszedłem do automatu samoobsługowego z kawą i zacząłem robić kawe, wychylił się z balkonu i bulgotał coś w j.rosyjskim z miną jakbyśmy byłi złodziejami, zachował sie jak burak. Zwróciłem mu uwagę, bo w takich sytuacjach, wystarczy poinformować personel w miedzyczasie o tym ze, tą kawe się wzieło i jak do tej pory w żadnym hotelu nie było problemu i czułem się jak gość, a w tym hotelu czułem się jak intruz. Pani na śniadaniu z obsługi wyglądała, jakby za kare tam była, samo śniadanie, napisać że, skromne, to nic nie napisać, nawet pomidora czy ogórka nie było. Cały personel powinien miec zaplecze socjalne gdzie może zrobic sobie kawe, a rano przychodzi kilka osób z personelu i robi sobie w automacie kawe, w jedynym jaki jest, a goście stoja w kolejce za nimi. Nie wiem kto pisał te dotychczasowe opinie, ale chyba sam personel, bo niedzwierciedla tego co jest faktycznie. pokój zarezerwowany był inny, a dostałem inny. To jest jak pensjonat 3 gwiazdki to chyba sobie sami dokleili albo obniża się standard hotelowy. Rozumiem że cena była niska, ale tu nie chodziło o pieniądze, wybierając hotel skupiłem sie na opiniach i ofercie pokoju z widokiem na morze i lokalizacji. Nie polecam, wręcz odradzam, chyba że, lubicie byc traktowani jak intruzi. W hotelu Gość powinien byc traktowany jak gość, tak też się zachowywać, ale czesc personelu pomyliła miejsca pracy.

Ottimo soggiorno e cordialità dei gestori
Pros:

Staff estremamente cordiale e professionale. Hanno gestito con grande efficienza un piccolo problema al condizionatore, risolvendolo in tempi rapidi. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato molto il gesto di offrirci un giorno di soggiorno gratuito come compensazione. Un'attenzione al cliente davvero rara.

Ottimo e comodo
Pros:

Struttura vicina alla spiaggia, molto accogliente e moderna. Personale gentilissimo.

Cons:

Purtroppo abbiamo dormito un po’ male perché durante la notte venivamo svegliati da dei rumori di porte sbattute troppo forte. Non è colpa dell’hotel in sé, ma credo che gli altri ospiti debbano stare un po’ più attenti ed evitare ciò.

Für einen nächsten Besuch nicht nochmal wert

Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, die sehr hilfsbereit waren, trotz Verständnis Probleme wegen Sprache hatten.

Cons:

Die Lage selbst, sowohl auch die Ortschaft Ligurien. Nur eine Promenadenstadt. Frechheit für Strand wir liegen und Sonnenschein Eintritt zu verlangen. Bei der Buchung nicht wirklich erklärt ob Strand dazu gehört oder nicht. Parken war eine Katastrophe, für das man pro Tag 10 Euro verlangt hat. Der Weg zum Parkplatz war etwa vom Hotel zu Fuß 10 bis 15 Minuten entfernt. Gastronomie außerhalb sehr schlimm. Überteuerte Preise und eine reine abzocke der Touristen.
