Perfect for a quick stay near the airport
Pros:

Clean and Convenient, but Service and Rooms Need Improvement

The airport shuttle was excellent and runs consistently every 15 minutes, which makes travel days very easy. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the large TV was a nice touch. The gym was well equipped with everything in working order, and having a Starbucks downstairs is very convenient.

However, my front desk interactions were disappointing. During multiple encounters, the service felt impersonal and not particularly welcoming. Staff seemed very focused on their screens, and it was often unclear who to approach for assistance. First impressions matter, and the overall arrival experience did not feel warm or attentive.

While the room was clean, it feels dated and in need of a full renovation. The older bathtubs and visible piecemeal updates make the space feel older compared to other Westin properties. The front desk area also feels quite dark, which impacts the overall atmosphere.

Overall, the stay was fine, but I do not feel the value matches the price. For a similar cost, there are nearby options that offer a more modern feel and more personable service.

Overall, the stay was good for one night, but would not be ideal for multiple nights.
Pros:

The property itself was big, and had a great aesthetic.

Cons:

The beds were small, and there is no microwave available in the room even though you offer a restaurant and take out.

Heavenly bed, bad service.

Great property, convenient and nice for a layover.

Cons:

It wasn’t the property, it was the staff. Heaven forbid someone help with anything. I had 5 large suitcases and two children with me and no one to help with this even when I asked for help. Also in the morning I asked for someone to help with my luggage and the desk clerk pointed at the luggage card and said “you can use that.” Service has gone to crap in America. Luckily, the beds are amazing.

Pros:

Solid airport hotel, easy transport via the shuttle, very standard. I had a small confusion about the room (totally my fault) and appreciated that they sent a staff member up to check on it rapidly regardless, since it was very late at night when I arrived.

Cons:

It was all as expected, nothing to complain about.
