Pros:

The receptionist who checked us out was a breath of fresh air. They also offer cookies on arrival, which are an absolute dream. The hotel is five minutes from the airport, which was very convenient.

Cons:

There was no smart TV, so there was no access to Netflix, YouTube, or Amazon Prime, only local channels, which were unpleasant to watch. There was also no duvet; it was the strangest bed setup I have ever seen. The bathroom was decent, but honestly not up to the standards expected of a Hilton hotel. Tea bags were provided, but there was no kettle. It’s acceptable if you are staying one night before heading to the airport, but it is not suitable for longer stays. I would not recommend it.

Tired…
Pros:

Convenient for the airport but that’s about all it’s got going for it. The courtyard area is scruffy and the rooms, whilst clean, need a refresh. Items in the kitchenette looked like they dated from the 80s. The lobby/restaurant was the most modern area, but still pretty basic.

A very unpleasant stay due to serious billing issues and poor management. I would not recommend it
Pros:

The location was acceptable and relatively convenient.

Cons:

The hotel provided inconsistent and contradictory invoices and charged me incorrectly with duplicated fees.
After multiple attempts to communicate, the issue was still not resolved by the hotel.
In the end, the problem was only solved through Booking’s advance refund.
I am very disappointed with the hotel’s billing management and overall professionalism.

Could’ve been better.
Pros:

I feel like the breakfast should be included with paying for the room, why pay 15$ for breakfast.

Cons:

The thin walls, could hear the neighbors TV all night.
My water wanted to work when it wanted, shut off sometimes .

Staff was nice

Cons:

The room smelled dirty, the bathroom smelled ,for the price was not worth it. I tried calling booking.com to see what we could do about the booking or refund. I talked to a gentleman but got hung up on and couldn't get anyone back on the phone. Double tree moved us to another room, not any better, but we made the best of it after a 7 hour trip Double Tree could help us with a refund because we used Booking.com and couldn't get anyone to help us on your end.

As an airport stopover this hotel is great though a bit noisy. Rooms very clean, great staff.
Pros:

Great location for airport, grounds are immaculately maintained, room is spotlessly clean and bed very comfortable. Nice dining/drinks area. Front desk staff were great, friendly and extremely helpful and gave information that was completely honest and objective and they handled my request to cancel the room earlier than planned due to revised travel itinerary.

Cons:

The hotel had some very noisy children in adjacent rooms and the raised room access pathways reverberate noisily when the cleaners or guests push trolleys along them. The room was quiet overnight and the noise didn't much bother us as we didn't stay in the room long. We recognise that an airport hotel is going to have a lot of guest turnover.

Overall we had a time ! Will come back.
Pros:

I like the light up pool the seating area was nice what would of made it better was if the night lights worked beautiful decor the candles wasn’t lit. Breakfast was really nice staff nice love the kitchen decor as well.

Cons:

The shower in the room I was staying in had a mold/dirty stain vents on ceiling was dirty. Vents in elevator was leaking as well. Didn’t like how the candles didn’t light up at the seating area.

Large, comfortable, very clean room at a good price, but rather unfriendly impression overall.

Large room, very comfortable, spotlessly clean.

Cons:

Room very noisy due to AC recooling units just outside of it.
Registration and paying for parking is a hassle - why can‘t they just provide a tag to put on your dashboard like other hotels?
Registration for WiFi also unnecessarily complicated. Free WiFi unusably slow — they want you to pay extra for a faster access.

Wonderful overall
Pros:

Everything about the visit was amazing. Our room was right next to the pool which made it even better.

Restful after a long ride.
Pros:

Two room suite was perfect for our stay. Didn't have to sit in bed to watch TV.

Cons:

I don't like paying for parking, although I was not required to pay due to a handicap person in party. No breakfast buffet - not good. Hard rain required navigating around standing water due to poor drainage.
