Very clean, location is minutes from attractions, dining, shopping in any direction. Close to airport but did not hear planes unless outside at pool. Nice outside lounge areas.
A little pricey but worth it.
Th breakfast was good.
Small restroom with moldy stained ceilings. The restroom door doesn’t open and close you literally have to break in and out of it with your weight. Cold pool, no pool towels, limited towels for about of register guest, no linen or blanket for pull out bed in the sofa bed. Remote don’t work for tv in living area. Rude security. Another 15 charge for parking ridiculous not worth the price of stay the hotel is run down.

Location, clean.
Price a little on the high end
The actual inside of the room is nice. Love the layout. Really spacious with the sofa, small kitchen area and bedroom
The outside looks really dated. I dont know how they could fix it up, but that would be nice. Also, you cannot place a pickup order for food during breakfast, although their website says its possible.
The room was exactly as advertised. Very clean and spacious, I almost spent the entire weekend in my room, due to how comfortable the space. Would defienetly book here again.
good breakfast and cookie with stay!
swimming pool was cold
The open foyer with the pool in the center was amazing. All of the grounds outside were immaculate. Easy access by Light Rail to city
$800.00 dollars in 100 dollar bills was STOLEN by housekeeping when the y pack up my things after i missed my checkout date by a few days. All my things were there except for EVERYTHING in the LOCKED safe in my LOCKED room!
The location was nice
The elevators seems a little dirty. The buttons too
I am writing to formally address the issues I encountered during my recent stay at the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton, located at 320 North 44th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85008, in room 555. Upon my arrival, I encountered numerous unacceptable conditions that significantly impacted my experience. The room had a foul odor, and I discovered another patron's clothing left inside. More alarmingly, I observed tinged blood on the pillowcase, hair in the bed, a Q-tip on the floor, a dirty rag on the side of the bed, and a bathroom that was not sanitized. These conditions violate cleanliness standards put forth in Arizona law, which mandates that hotels maintain a safe and sanitary environment for their guests. To provide context, Arizona law requires that hotels adhere to strict cleanliness and maintenance protocols, ensuring that all guest accommodations are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before check-in. This includes removing any bodily fluids, properly sanitizing all bed linens, and ensuring that bathrooms are hygienic. The state statutes underscoring these requirements clearly outline hospitality establishments' responsibilities to their patrons, making my experience not only disappointing but also concerning for my health and safety. Furthermore, the property manager's attempts to place blame on me for these conditions were not only unwarranted but dismissive of my concerns. The overall condition of the hotel was deplorable, with a pervasive smell of urine and fecal matter in outdoor areas, prompting me to leave the property and incur an additional $1,350.00 in accommodations at a hotel 30 minutes from my work site. The potential exposure to bodily fluids is unacceptable, and I remain unsure if I came into contact with any of these hazardous conditions before my discovery. The stress and panic caused by this situation are considerable, and I am compelled to request a thorough investigation. I have already filed a complaint with Hilton's corporate office and now seek your assistance in resolving this issue. I urge you to take this matter seriously and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to address the concerns raised. Thank you for your attention to this urgent issue. I look forward to your prompt response.
Staff is amazing and hotel is CLEAN.
The receptionist who checked us out was a breath of fresh air. They also offer cookies on arrival, which are an absolute dream. The hotel is five minutes from the airport, which was very convenient.
There was no smart TV, so there was no access to Netflix, YouTube, or Amazon Prime, only local channels, which were unpleasant to watch. There was also no duvet; it was the strangest bed setup I have ever seen. The bathroom was decent, but honestly not up to the standards expected of a Hilton hotel. Tea bags were provided, but there was no kettle. It’s acceptable if you are staying one night before heading to the airport, but it is not suitable for longer stays. I would not recommend it.
Convenient for the airport but that’s about all it’s got going for it. The courtyard area is scruffy and the rooms, whilst clean, need a refresh. Items in the kitchenette looked like they dated from the 80s. The lobby/restaurant was the most modern area, but still pretty basic.
