Everything
Room was smelling like chlorine it was very unpleasant
There is not a lot of space for dogs to use the restroom but there are two small slivers of grass. Hotel was super clean and staff were incredibly helpful/friendly. Beds are very uncomfortable and pillows are flat/useless. I would definitely return but bring my own pillows. Many bear sightings on the hotel grounds while we were there which was nice.
Did not like paying $15 a day to park on top of paying for the room. Very pet friendly and clean.
Room was great!
Good breakfast choices, fresh food all morning, got to see bears while staying there, only complaint is the comfort of the bed and pillows, but I would book with them again.
Updated rooms, lobby and breakfast area. Very clean. All staff very nice. Door to room (stayed in 422- not sure if all are this way) are very hard to open/close and very loud when shutting it completely. We did not find the property only having 1 elevator to be a burden despite being on 4th floor, it came quickly and hotel was fully booked. Walkable to everything on the strip. Loved that it was on the quieter end. Will stay again!
Clean room, quite able to relax by pool, near to my favorite restaurant
Room 204, September 23-28. Our first stay here. As this was a pet friendly hotel, our 6 day trip included our dog, Sheba. The room was very well laid out and was clean. The bed was very comfortable. All of the staff that we spoke to, from checking in to cleaning staff, were polite, professional and very helpful. For the first time in a long time, we lucked into booking at a hotel that had a deep refrigerator that actually kepts everything cold and not just barely cool like most other hotels we've been to. There were adequate areas to take our dog out for potty breaks. We brought our own poop bags but there were bag dispensors in both grass areas. The grass areas were well kept by other dog owners. We brought along a top sheet for the bed to keep the hotel linen dog hair free in trying to keep the room as clean as possible. Since the Hotel was on the main drag, walking through town was a breeze. When we return to Gatlinburg, the Hampton Inn Gatlinburg will be our first choice. We cannot say enough about this hotel. My Wife and I strongly recommend staying at the Hampton Inn Gatlinburg
Well done. Clean room.
The room was clean but a little cramped for my family. Quite hitel in the right in downtown. Also be prepared to pay for parking which i think if your staying at a hotel you shouldn't pay for parking
Comfortable and convenient to what we like to do in Gatlinburg.
The room could’ve been cleaner. Saw a lot of hairs laying around. The first room we were in, the toilet didn’t flush. The maintenance man came and “fixed” it, but still wouldn’t flush after he left. They came and changed our room after that, and lost a few items where they just threw things on the luggage cart. Probably won’t return
All of the staff were friendly and accommodating.
We liked being able to walk everywhere. Plenty of great places to eat and shop. We did not need to use the car during our stay. The room was nice and we liked sitting on the balcony in the evening.
Room was a little smaller than I thought it was but everything else was excellent
The staff was amazing so kind and patient with my Mother who thought she had reservations but didn't. They worked hard to help her find a solution. Cleaning staff were warm and friendly also. We enjoyed the overall experience.
The only downside is the beds could use new box springs and mattresses. They were a bit saggy. But other than that it was a great stay.
Staff was great
The room was very clean! Kyle and Candice also checked in on us to make sure everything was ok and they were also very helpful! Highly recommend staying here!
Very close to all the shops you can walk to everything. The creek is very pretty. I did not care for the TV the streaming service kept going out.
