The day was nice but the room stinks
Pros:

The hotel was very nice when we walked in and the person that was at the front desk was very friendly

Easter Joy in MD
Pros:

We had an excellent time at the Hampton in Frederick. Sebastian, the night auditor was above and beyond in service to us and we really enjoyed Easter decor. Highly recommend! Sebastian also told us that the owner is putting a lot of money into upgrade which the hotel needed, but it was clean and very Gracious hospitality.

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast options were nice. gym was clean

Cons:

We did not have maid service at all. After 3 nights, the bed was never made. the towels were never changed. The trash can in our room was overflowing and the water cooler was dry in the gym

Pros:

Veruit het slechtste hotel gedirende onze trip in de USA. Voldoet absoluut niet aan de normen van een Hampton Inn.
Men was wel bezig met een renovatie, maar dat zal weinig helpen als het huidige management niet wordt vervangen.
