Not up to expectations.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Very inconvenient access from highway.
Breakfast was inadequate, eggs were gone by 8:00 AM and the coffee was cold. On site restaurant very overpriced, I paid over 30 dollars for a hamburger and fries and a cocktail.

Hopefully all of the rooms weren’t as mildew-y and dirty as ours. But it was comfortable.
Pros:

It was convenient for a short in-town stay, the breakfast was great, bed was comfortable

Cons:

Our room had a terrible mold and mildew/sewage scent. It was very dusty and just didn’t feel clean.

Good potential but need some upkeep
Pros:

Pool, bar restaurant food was good. Staff were pleasant. Outdoor area but it needs to be better outfitted. Coffee and tea set up in lobby.

Cons:

Outdoor areas need more furniture. Garbage cans need to be emptied.
Carpet in front of AC was wet. Toilet ran so wouldn’t flush Bed was off frame so I cut my leg on bracket.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The evening manager, Cara, was a doll.
Pros:

Breakfast was generous, a lot of selection. It was great that it was served until 1000 am. Lots of places to sit for your meal. The king beds were comfortable. Liked the size of the pool.

Cons:

The handicap rooms with the step over tub are hard to work with. Walk -in showers are more preferable. There are more grab bars needed in the tub area. The toilet is too low for handicap customers. Automatic doors are better for customers in wheelchairs.

Pros:

We come here every year. The staff is great, the location is great, pool, room, etc.

Cons:

The bed in our room was basically falling off of its platform so the bed was not as comfortable this time. The toilet didn't want to flush most of the time. The AC only can be turned down to 66 and on a 106° heat index day.. the room never dropped from 75°. The morning of our final day the temperature finally had dropped to 71°. I love this hotel and will continue to come back, I really think it was just that room.

Very great place to stay over on our way to NC! This was our third time visiting your facility. We plan on coming again
Pros:

We loved the bed! Just like ours at home. Our room was very clean and comfy. Also, our floor was exceptionally quiet that night so we slept well thank you.

Comfortable, nice outdoor pool, good enough continental breakfast!
Pros:

The facilities were nice! We had a good breakfast there too, but no brewed decaf coffee! Not many GF options either.

Cons:

It was easy to miss the turn, then you had to make 2 u-turns on a bust divided hwy to get there.

Was not worth the money but we needed somewhere to sleep for a few months.

It was very very over priced for its location and worn down look. The hvac system was horrible, smelled like mold and could not get the room cooler than 74 at night so we did not sleep because it was too hot

We survived, place is run down and not well kept.
Pros:

Good parking. Close to the highway

Cons:

Room smelled like urine, paint peeling on the bathroom ceiling, only 2 towels -had to ask for more, no soap in the bathroom-asked for more, never got it. Outdoor area run down, broken furniture. The whole place is run down and not worth 250 night- but we had a sports event in the area last minute. Wouldn’t recommend.

Safety concerns with banana smiles.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the set up was clean. The female staff member who stocked the food was awesome. Super cute messages on the bananas!

Cons:

Our room was gross. Corners had mold and funk in the bathroom. Random stains on sheets and a plop of grossness on the floor. The carpet tacks were coming out of the base board carpet and it was a safety concern for my dog. Other safety concern: the outlets did not work. The outlet closest to the window even sparked when my kiddo plugged in! This was the worst hotel stay for my family to date. I understand the rooms that allow dogs are not as nice, but they need to be safe and clean.
