The stay was a positive experience overall.
Pros:

I am from out of town and was staying at the hotel after attending a party at a friend's house nearby. The staff were very friendly and the room was quite comfortable and very clean. The breakfast in the morning was also quite good.

Cons:

I can't come up with anything I didn't like. I enjoyed my stay.

Three night stay at Hampton Hotel by Hilton
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were nice but Ida was particularly great and was engaging! Although the public areas were being renovated, the rooms were newly renovated and were excellent! King bed, new bathroom fit out with a walk in shower. It was a very comfortable stay. Location good with a shopping mall right next door, although many shops vacant but there was a Boscov’s which was like a discount department store with great savings. There was also a Texas Roadhouse steak house and Red Robin burger place right outside, very convenient. Only tried the steak house which was great! We would recommend this property highly.

I have stayed at this location for years. May be looking elsewhere.
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

They were doing renovations. Couldn’t sleep in. The property was really dark when we arrived. (Safety issue) It also appears they are turning this location into a Tru. Very disappointed. I loved this location.

The Hotel was under renovations... should have been given a discount... Colin at the front desk was so nice, so helpful... he gets a 10 out of 10!
